I did not intend to purchase a. Bike when I visited. I just wanted some initial information. Jan gave me an amazing tutorial about e-bikes in general. Then she asked me some questions about me and intended use. She then walked me through their bikes and finished with one that was absolutely spot-on perfect for what I wanted and needed. It only took me a few days of contemplation and I came back and bought her recommended bike.
After purchase she ( and the whole staff) spent considerable time making sure I knew all working parts of the bike, helped me pick out accessories, and finally how to fit it into my SUV for transport.
Trek Greenville is a professional bike shop is every phase of indusry. Sales, bike service and customer service. The work is done on time as promised in a truly professional manner. If there is ever an issue they will take the bike back in and correct it accordingly.
We had a wonderful experience getting my son a new bike. Jan was so helpful! She explained things to our son, showed him how the brakes worked and answered all of his questions.

The staff are fantastic. I absolutely LOVE ATL Cycling in Roswell. I pass two other closer bike shops to go to ATL Cycling. Windser, in service, has absolutely bent over backwards on two separate occasions to help me out. 100% triple A rating.
