Best bike store I've ever used, and I've used a lot!
I just recently purchased a used 2016 Trex bike. It needed some minor maintenance to gears , replacing batteries and a few other things . I was near the Trex store and wanted someone who was familiar with this bike to do these few things . I was very pleased with the job they did. The bike rides like a dream , I highly recommend this store for all of your bike needs .

Atlanta Cycling Duluth sweats the little stuff. Alston in Sales is there with a smile holding the door open for me and my bike. Arnaldo in service takes the time to walk me thru his observations and recommendations. Eric the store manager is juggling customers but still manages to call out a greeting. It's a simple recipe; friendly, knowledgeable staff keep me coming back.

Great customer service. I get my bike adjusted frequently and they always do a great job at no cost. The associates are nice and take the time to explain what is going on with the bike. They help you out if you're not knowledgeable and give recommendations.

I'm about to start bike commuting to work. All of the staff were extremely helpful in giving me pointers, tips, and offering up ways to make the commute closer to stress free. I met the chief mechanic, a manager that gave me the history of my ebike company and has commuted via bike himself (can't beat first hand experience!... Thanks Amos!) I'll definitely be back for my future needs.

Your employee in service, I believe his name is Eddie was excellent. He clearly cared about what he was doing and worked to make sure the bike was fully serviced. Without my requesting it he found a warranty issue and I received a new crank at no cost due to his efforts.
It was a nice change, compared to what I normally experience in life, to work with a person who took the time to make sure everything was properly handled.
