Super knowledgeable dudes who were eager to help and teach me about road bikes, especially since I know not a single thing about it they were really cool with me learning and asking questions. Sometimes you find a new hobby and really knowledgeable people come off as condescending that you don’t know the basics but these guys are the exact opposite; honest, friendly, and respectful. Will be returning for all my bicycle needs.

Trek seems to have good quality bikes/products and the service was positive. Although, compared to other Trek shops the selection is limited due to the space and size of the store but this area of town really needs a bike shop! This is a fast growing location with new communities being constructed and many people ride bikes. It's surprising there are so few bicycle shops near Ave Maria and as a result I was pleased you opened a Trek shop on Immokalee Rd. I purchased a Townie bicycle that was just right for my lifestyle and Andrew who runs the shop was not only pleasant but answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me make the right decision on the bicycles you had available. Thank you!
