I came into Marty's to have my Fuji's front tire checked for a possible air leak. As soon as I walked in, one of the staff members (who seemed to be the manager) greeted me while in the middle of helping another customer and offered to assist. I explained that my front tire kept losing air even after pumping it up. He immediately jumped on it, removed the front wheel, and tested it for a leak. He quickly identified a problem with the Presta valve, replaced it, and aired up the tire. It only took about 15–20 minutes, and I was thrilled that the problem was resolved right on the spot! No booking another appointment, no multiple trips to the store, and zero hassle. Jimmy was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Marty's for all your biking needs!

Everyone was so professional. They listened to my request to have my bike packaged for airline shipping. The price was reasonable and once I received my bike within a matter a few days I was pleased. It’s enough for me to handle because of all of the handles the box has.

Given that I am not a hard core cyclist, it can be intimidating to bring your sunny day cruiser in to be serviced and tuned up. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and very knowledgable. The estimate ran true. Staff helped me get the bike into the car on pick up. Highly recommend them!
Tri-bike Aruba was fabulous.
Paul dropped off our bikes at our hotel and the transaction was seamless. It was great to have a bike to cruse out of the hotel area in search of birds that call Aruba home and see some of the island.
