I'm starting by saying that I don't use a bicycle, but use similar wheels and tires. I'm disable and wheelchair dependent. I needed my solid tires changed to a higher quality tire. I spoke with Scott and set-up an appointment on 04/24/26 around 10:30am. When I got in the parking lot, I called and spoke with Tim. Tim came out and, I explained what I needed. He proceeded to take all four of my wheels and the new tires. I settled in my car figuring it would take a while, but to my surprise he was suddenly standing at my door (about 15 to 20 minutes), with the task completed. Tim did an awesome job, quickly! I was charged a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with Tim!
Broadway Bicycles is amazing, willing to help someone outside their comfort zone. Before I found them years ago, I called over ten other shops not willing to even look at my wheels.

These people are excellent to deal with. I needed a cadence sensor replaced on my e-bike and it was not a brand that they sell. They replaced it for me with no issues. Great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the industry.

Sehr gute Kommunikation vorab, meine Anfrage wurde ernsthaft und professionell beantwortet. Die Website ist übersichtlich zu navigieren, die Status-Update-Mails verständlich formuliert und getreu zu ihrem Inhalt. Zahlungsabwicklung und Versand waren unkompliziert. Bearbeitungszeit entsprach der angegebenen laut den Status-Mails.
Die Federgabel kam in einem top gereinigtem Zustand an und funktioniert wieder so, wie sie es schon lange nicht mehr getan hat. Ein spürbarer Unterschied beim Fahren!
Außerdem: freundliche Kommunikation zu Nachfragen - ich hatte eine Frage zu der Gabel, welche äußerst hilfreich beantwortet wurde. Da es in meiner Nähe keine Fahrradwerkstatt gibt, welche einen Wartungsservice für Manitou-Federgabeln anbietet, bin ich hier äußerst zufrieden fündig geworden.

Ryan was very helpful over the phone and knowledgeable about the parts needed to get my bike back on the road. When I went to pick it up, it looked and rode like new. The whole staff is very welcoming, and as a newbie in the biking world, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using this store for all my service and gear needs!
