I absolutely the Wilmington Trek store. They are always inviting and helpful. I learn something new from both Connor and Lisa every time I'm in there about my bikes. Every time I think of buying another brand, I'm afraid that I won't get the same customer service with other brands.

Everyone was super helpful at Eddy's bike shop!! From the person who helped me try out a few different versions and sizes of Verve bikes, adjusted the handlebars for me and the seat post to make sure I picked the best fit. I was also helped with picking out a new seat, a bike rack, and when I came in to pick my bike up, I was helped with getting a new tire inflator. I am very excited to ride my new bike. I am sorry that I am so terrible with names but I think James is the one who helped me out a lot on my first 2 visits to the shop.
Bought my second Trek bike and love the look and the ride. Looking forward to many happy miles!

This is the nicest and hardest working LBS I have ever known. The staff and owner are incredibly knowledgeable and kind and available, and are always working in the customer's interest. The store has a wonderful inventory of major brands, and they will order anything else you might need or want quickly and efficiently. They are also a Trek licensed dealer, but that's not why I bought my last bike there; I bought a Trek because that's what they sell, and I wouldn't go anywhere else but The Bike Store.

It’s a local store with big brand products. The customer service is 10/10. We bought a used bike for my daughter and I know it wasn’t the biggest sale of the day but they still treated us with respect and shined up the bike for her and adjusted the seat. When it is time to come back for my bikes as our kids grow we will gladly give them our business and recommend it to everyone around. So much better than guardian bikes for kids!

We own probably 8-10 bikes from Eddy's through the years, plus a Schwinn Airdyne and toboggan. We have bought from both Stow and Montrose.
The bike we brought in for new tires is a Schwinn Frontier that hung in our detached garage for about two decades. We brought it down and are fixing it up for our eight-year-old granddaughter, as we initially purchased it for our daughter who is now 36. About 15 years ago you rebuilt my Voyager 11.8 that my wife and kids did as a surprise for my birthday. Andrew at Montrose gets a shout-out.

Fast and great service
One on one service and a fair variety of bikes
Gary has keep product knowlege and was very helpful. Mounted up the skis quickly and I was able to buy the skis in one trip.
Leo and Kevin took excellent care of my wife and me when we stopped in to look at a new bike. We ended up buying two e-bikes instead of just one traditional bike for me. Never once did we feel pressured or hurried. Appropriate choices were shown to both of us from bikes to accessories. Both bikes were ready the next day and a last minute change was dealt with on the spot. Truly exceptional service!
While it’s only been a couple of days, we love our FX+ 1 bikes. Perfect fit for our age and lifestyle. The bike rack for the vehicle, while a boring necessity, has some clever and useful features. I’ve been a Trek customer since 1984 and it looks like I always will be.
The staff is more than knowledgeable and helpful, they are fun.
They got me fitted in the right bike, explained it all and delivered my bike to the house.
