J'ai pu aussi essayer le vélo et j'ai passé commande. Il faut savoir que je m'étais d'abord rendue dans un autre magasin de vélo où on m'a consacré 10 min et cela ne m'a pas mise en confiance. De plus je suis pleinement satisfaite de mon vélo et je suis confiante que le service après vente sera correct.

i definitely want to support my local bike shop, as i have done since you opened this location (at least three nice bikes and a lot of accesories and tuneups)
however, its difficult to do so when you don't have the inventory.
i came in yesterday at noon for shoes, cleats and pedals.
left with just pedals, since you didn't have shoes in my size and couldn't find the cleats i needed when i was there.
i'm not saying this to criticize, just to talk about somehting you prob already know is an issue.
if a customer came in to buy a new road bike after i left at 1230 yesterday, you couldn't set him up with pedals since i took your last set of Keos.
while someone did call me back later to say you found the cleats, i had already ordered them on Amazon.

Your staff always listen carefully, assess problems with bikes well, and treat each person with respect. You get repairs and “fixes” done quickly and are helpful with new gear, explaining how they work and should be cared for.

John is very good at explaining how the electric bike works. I knew nothing and he was patient and kind in the way he explained everything. He was no pressure in selling the bike left the decision up to me. I bought the bike and am anxious for it to arrive. I would and will spread the word that John is the guy to go to for buying a bike of any kind.
Signed up for a private mtb tour ride with Paul, and was able to see and experience part of the islands recently built trail system. Paul was very prompt via email communication and specific details requested about the rental bike setup which was an emtb. Prompt pickup 6:30AM and drop off to and from the hotel was included. Ride start time is to take advantage of the cooler temps and minimal trail and trail connector traffic. Trails had a variety size of loose and embedded rocks, corral base, hard packed, sand, and loose soil. Oh, don’t lean into the brush as its all thorny brush or cactus! Overall, great experience and would do it again and will like to experience the northern trails next time. Thank you. John (Northeast US)

Attendants are very knowledgeable and helpful with presenting product features for the customer to decide which is best for them. Also, I accidently ran over the base of a bike pump in the parking lot just after purchasing it. I went back in the store to see if they could help me bend it back into place, and instead they gave me a new one. I didn't ask for it and they didn't have to do that. That was above and beyond and has won my loyalty.
