My husband and I went into the store just to check out the Electra Townie Go! S E bikes. We were immediately greeted by Burak. He was a wealth of knowledge about e-bikes in general, and incredibly helpful. We liked him right off the bat. He let us test ride the bikes and we fell in love with them. The best news is that the colors we wanted, in the sizes we needed, were in the store! We purchased them right then. We were given even more good news when Burak offered to have both bikes ready for delivery by the end of the day. We definitely didn't expect that. As promised, Burak arrived at our house with both bikes, and all the paperwork and chargers that came with it. He asked us to test ride them to make sure they were set up to our liking. He brought tools with him, just in case, and was able to make minor adjustments to my husband's bike right there.
We are completely satisfied (understatement) and almost giddy with excitement to get out there and ride. We HIGHLY recommend this store and if you get to work with Burak, even better! (To be fair, everyone we came across in the store were very friendly)

The repair was done in a very timely manner and for a good price. I might need to come back for an adjustment on the brakes though.
