Friendly Staffs. Always ready to answer all my questions. Staffs always are at the desk when we need help. The swimming instructors are patient with the kids, teach them step by step, especially my daughter. Thank you.

Small class sizes (my kids haven't had a group of more than 3), kind and attentive instructors, clean environment, see child's progress on the app, debrief after every lesson from the coach, helpful amenities for changing.

I love how the classes are structured and the neatness of the pool. I like how the staff have been very accommodating to my requests and concerns and I love that my son is enjoying his swim classes.
We love the instructors and how they get to know our son. They are so patient with him and truly seem to enjoy what they are doing! The app. for aquatots and the ease in rescheduling, is hands down one of the best apps I've ever used

We really appreciate all of the staff working with our special needs daughter! We understand there’s another layer of patience needed and Aspen and Olivia have both been so patient and kind. We are forever grateful for the experience they have provided Jada. I highly recommend the New Albany location to all of my friends and family!!
