All of the staff are patient with our 3 year old and the flexible make ups are a plus as our occupations make it difficult at times to stick with strict scheduling.

Lauren is an amazing coach for youngest since she was a baby. Both my kids really enjoy her class. My oldest enjoys Madisen who is doing very well and progressing.

Great front desk and teacher staff
My only 2 complaint is that class is only 30mins and the time maximized is so important, for class to end 5mins + before to talk about progress is ridiculous. I'd rather not talk and let kids be in water for the additional 5mins. Usually progress talking only takes 30 seconds. On the flip side, class never starts a few mins early even if coaches are ready, they stand watching the clock by the door.
Some coaches care too much about make up and piercings, I constantly see them touching eyelashes and earrings, nose, then touch kids, its got to be unsanitary.
Outside of these small things, it is a great swim school. I love the flexibility and friendliness!
We love our instructor. The cancellation policy is easy and you’re able to choose a makeup class quickly.
Great teachers and my daughter has made wonderful progress. We are so happy with the school!
Amazing Coaches.
The staff is always so warm and friendly. The coaches have been great with our son, especially when he was having some anxiety about swimming. They are so patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable.
The benefit this has given my children to their safety. They are great swimmers.

Coach Gavin is amazing — they make learning fun and build my daughter’s confidence in the water. The progress she’s made each week has been incredible, and she truly loves coming to class!

All the instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming. Our girls love to come to class! Thanks for giving the girls this great space to learn - vacations are forever changed thanks to swim lessons.
The one point of feedback I’d like to share is that we are consistently seeing differences in the way skills are being tracked for our Level 2 swimmer. Although it’s age dependent to advance to Level 3, several milestones are not tracked, comments seem erroneous (see comment on Kick and Core control regarding holding the baby vertical), and each instructor teaches differently. I appreciate that some of this may be due to newer coaches, since we didn’t experience this in the past with our now Level 3 year old. I only raise this because we alternate parents entering the pool weekly, and sometimes do makeup classes, so there becomes times where one parent has progressed with my daughter, and the next week, when the opposite parent goes in, there’s no trail of progress to reference. Hopefully there can be a reminder / training on ensuring skills are being marked off consistently to avoid this. Again, not too concerned since Level 2 only advances at 30 months.

The instructors are so good with our daughter! She loves swimming, only reason I gave a 9 is because the different levels & communication are a little confusing. They do make sure to reach out and ask how everything is though!
