I like Aquatots because scheduling and working with you guys is an extremely good experience. I like the front office, who are always polite. I also like your policy of makeup classes and your flexibility with class rescheduling. These are really great things that made us come back to Aqua Tots.
However, it felt like our son was stuck at level 3 for such a long time. It made us feel that no progress was being made. If level 3 is such a long step, probably it should be split into two levels. Upgrading to next level gives more confidence to the kids and reassurance to the parents. There is definitely improvement in his skill level, but the progress report was not reflecting that. I feel that some trainers did not do a good job of filling up the progress report. That's why we were stuck in level 3 for a long time. Either it should be split in two levels or the progress report should be updated consistently to reflect the actual skill progress.
Your coaches and front desk staff and warm and kind. I've been a busy mom with multiple activities with an active child, and always feeling like I am on the run. Despite my new homeschooling mom hectic, tight scheduling, Aquatots scheduling and staff have been a life saver. I am so appreciative of Aquatots. It is a great swim program. My child progressed from level 3 to level 4, actually swimming in 3-4 months. That was amazing progress for a child who once used to be timid in the water. Now she absolutely loves swimming! Thank you a bunch!

Love how user friendly the app is and how convenient it is for parents. It makes it easy to reschedule make-up classes, which is seriously so amazing. We love all of the coaches and staff. They are so patient with the kids and our daughter LOVES going to her swim lessons.
We have been so happy with our SNAP lessons. The care and attention provided for our son during his lesson from both his coach and all staff members is truly special.
We love the staff. They are very personable and kind. We have been attending Aqua Tots Forsyth for over 2 years and my son has made tremendous progress in his comfortability in the water and his swimming abilities. Every time someone asks where we do swimming- I make sure to tell them aqua tots Forsyth.

Your coach Nevaeh is the best at what she does. My son never took swim classes and from day 1, she pushed him and made him love it. She shows tuff love to all and somehow they do it. I prefer to stick with her and understand sometimes things happen and schedule changes. I find that different coaches do different things which tends to confuse them. If she is absent, I’m adjusting my schedule. But overall, my son loves her and has gotten a couple of one on one sessions from her when the others are not there.
My kid really enjoy going to this school and had so much fun.
