The instructors have been amazing! They all have been so kind and patient and actually seem to be enthusiastic and to care about their job. My daughter was afraid of putting her head under water and now she is excited and WANTS to do it! Her confidence has grown SO much in such a short amount of time and it's been fun to see. I also appreciate the updates at the end of class. It's nice to be kept in the loop and I'm sure it helps boost my daughter's confidence. Oh, and the app has been super convenient and easy to use!
The team is amazing! From our very first phone call, everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, understanding, patient, and joyful. The coaches have all (and I truly mean ALL) had a positive impact on each of my three kids currently enrolled.
1. Thông báo về lịch nghỉ lễ tết không được gửi cho phụ huynh, khi phụ huynh chủ động hỏi mới thấy các cô nhắn.
2. Đôi khi con được sắp xếp bơi với các em ở level thấp hơn làm tiến độ bơi của con bị chậm lại. Có một số kỹ năng con làm chưa tốt như bơi ngửa thì không thấy các thầy cô hướng dẫn con nhiều. Một số kỹ năng khác con đã làm khá tốt thì mẹ thấy các thầy dạy nhiều quá. Thành ra cái con kém thì mãi chưa thấy cải thiện thêm. Mong các thầy cô chú ý hơn ạ.

We love Aquatots at Plano location in Texas . We love the staff . They are so friendly and responsive . To name a few , Tory ( the best and my kids favorite ) , Brittany , Emma , Juno , all trainers are very good and kids are comfortable with them as well . They are open to feedback and act on it as well . Also to mention the front staff - Laila ( my buddy , she helps with every thing ) , Jessica and Nicole are so helpful that I can go to them anytime . Also we like different swimming packages they offer from time to time and that saves few bucks for us . I would recommend Aquatots for families looking for kids swimming classes . First name removed and family .
