Engaging classes! Great instructor
We’re very happy with the program because the instructors are patient, professional, and truly care about the children. We’ve seen great progress and feel confident in the safe, supportive environment.
The main reason for this score is the high quality of instruction and the welcoming atmosphere. The teachers are attentive and encouraging, and my child has gained both skills and confidence in the water.

We have been part of Aqua Tots for approximately 5 years, and both of our boys have learned so much and become very confident swimmers over the course of their swim journeys. They have learned skills that will help them be better swimmers and safe swimmers for life. We always recommend Aqua-Tots to friends or family that are looking for recommendations for an excellent swim school.
Coaches are wonderful - fun, engaging, personable, but also good focus on teaching skills and giving feedback. There is some variability among coaches in terms of their experience and quality of instruction, but most are very good or excellent. Scheduling for higher levels (level 6) is tricky with not a lot of options for weekend mornings or evening hours during the week; it’s also hard to get into makeup slots for these higher level classes. Availability and options for lower level classes (level 3) is great. Front desk staff is wonderful. Facilities are also very good. Wonderful experience overall!
The Norwood location is extremely clean and the staff are very nice.

We love Aqua-Tots swim school! Special shout outs to Clover, Miggy and Kamden for their support and encouragement as my child becomes familiar with swimming and feels safe around water. I appreciate the proactive approach to water safely, such as providing an opportunity for kids to swim with others and shoes on. Overall, we have been very happy with Aqua-Tots and are excited to continue our swim journey with them!

Aqua-tots has been the best decision we have made for our daughter for swimming. The instructor Allie such a great teacher to our daughter very professional and strong communication skills personality that builds comfort and fun while prioritizing safety to our child.

The year round regimented program that eliminates fear of swimming. I do think that my daughter should be pushed a little more.
My daughter has had three different instructors and all have been phenomenal. I feel like she’s getting the same experience regardless who is working with her which is great.
The swim instructors are always very kind. They do not mind if a parent is confused about anything, they will repeat if need be with no fuss.

Aqua Tots is amazing. My son loves going and the team there is always super friendly and helpful! They are very communicative if there any any hiccups and they run a really smooth business!
The instructor Gabby is very kind and specific to what my baby needs to work on. The front desk staff are always really nice and helpful. There once was a mishap with scheduling a makeup class and they were very friendly about helping me find a class. The app is also very very good. I have memberships in my personal life and the app has never glitched and makes it easier to schedule classes. I attended a TRUNK OR TREAT event and it was very well thought out. The building itself is very kid friendly. Overall, the instructor, staff, app, and the atmosphere makes me look forward to swimming class every week with my Euro <3
Aqua-Tots swim school has helped foster a love of the water in both my 7-year-old and my 5-year-old. When working with a single coach, I find the kids can improve with each lesson by consistently working on areas that they are still perfecting, all the while having fun, as their smiles during the lessons prove.
The front desk staff, particularly Olivia and Maddy are extremely welcoming and helpful. If it weren’t from them, I don’t know if we could even make swim lessons work between hectic work schedules and other after school activities. Olivia and Maddy help us juggle and make sure we never miss a class! Plus, the kids love them!

The coaches are great. I’d give a ten except sometimes classes start late but end in time, cutting instruction time short which is huge when it is 4 children trying to learn within 25 minutes.
Also, it is frustrating as a seasoned student to arrive on time and have my child lined up at their assigned door to see her class going in through the wrong door. If set expectations are communicated, the school and coaches need to follow them as well.
Teaching
My children have attended Aquatots for 7 years with my oldest graduating out of the program earlier this year. My youngest was at level 3 for 1.5 years which I thought was unacceptable. I understand that some skills may be harder to grasp than others and having a child already go through the program, we stuck with it because we’ve seen it’s success. I voiced my concern and after knowing I was not satisfied,
Aquatots listened and acted, offering a one on one, master focus class at no cost to me. My child had a private lesson, was re-evaluated, and was able to advance to level 4! Looking forward to continued progress in the program.
