Coach Reese and Coach Isaiah are both amazing. My two boys have them for swim instructors. They are kind, caring and bring great attitudes to each lesson. We always recommend them. Fun and inviting atmosphere.
The staff is amazing, my daughters have had a class with numerous instructors and they have all been fantastic. Staff at the front desk have also made it easy for questions, bookings etc.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Always greet you with a smile and take the time to see how things are going with the students. They are always there to help to reschedule glass due to unfortunate circumstances. or just holidays closure etc. Mr. George is going a great job along with his staff at the school.
Coach Elise has been working with my son for a very long time now. She has been a huge help. I’m truly grateful for her. My son is autistic and he has some trust issues. Especially in the water. We would be completely lost without her. She sets goals for him. She helps regulate him when he is having an off day during swim. She is the best.
Our children love their instructors and come out of the pool feeling proud of their accomplishments. As a parent, I love the staff at the front desk know them by name despite having only been going to lessons for a few weeks. I feel my children are more than just another customer to Aqua-Tots and the staff's investment directly correlates to their desire to attend every week without fail!

The trainers/coaches are excellent! The feedback session at the end of each class is AMAZING!! All the staff are friendly and I can tell they really care about making the swimming classes enjoyable for kids.
Both kids enjoy swim class at Aquatots and the things they are learning about techniques for swimming and the best way to get around in the water has been very informative and helpful. In addition, the teachers are patient and make learning an easy experience.
Coach Junior does an excellent job helping our 4 year old work through his reluctance and discomfort in the water. He always pushes him just enough and he's unwaveringly calm and gentle. He also pays attention to what my son says about his goals and motivates him accordingly.
I love the new location and how easy it is to get my kiddos scheduled! They both LOVE Aquatots!

Aqua-tots is a great place for kids to learn how to swim. Instructors are kind and give targeted feedback that helps a student understand what they need to do to improve their swimming. This helps them learn and grow each session. Management is friendly, kind and accommodating. My son has learned so many new skills, and I'm now very confident that he is safe when near water. Excellent job aqua-tots.
We love Aquatots! The instructors are (mostly) great, the front desk staff are always so nice and welcoming, and after being here for 2 years, it's nice feeling like they know us when we walk in the door. Avarey is the best around! The only things I think that can be improved are that the first 2 levels are SO repetitive which I know is the point, but my daughter was definitely getting bored in each level waiting to move up to the next level by age. I don't expect that to be able to be changed since I know it's your whole model, but I definitely think her progress stalled a bit by being stuck in the same class for SO long. Maybe they could add a way to test out/move up to the next level early while also keeping the age based part. Or vary some of the skills a tiny bit to keep it interesting for the kids. We love it overall, though. And they do a great job with their social media too!
Team is very kind and they are always worried about the wellness and comfortability of my child. Teachers are patient and make my kid feel safe also make her win confidence. There is no pressure on the kids so everyone evolves at their own rhythm so I've seen my kid's improvement over time.

We are SO happy at aqua tots! The staff are incredible and really care about the kids. Its very kid centric and focused on meeting kids where they are at which really helps each child feel safe in a pool. I would recommend them to anyone! We especially love coach mel who's been our daughters coach for the past 1.5 years in various levels.

Our daughter is anxious in public scenarios like this. The staff have worked with her, made sure she stays in the pool, offered positive reinforcement to her, all while teaching her valuable water safety lessons. We’re so appreciative for all the support in making this work for our nervous girl!
My grand-daughter began taking swim lessons less than 6 months ago and we have been reinforcing the skills she learns in leap frogs. I noticed she was ahead of the kids in her leap frog group and inquired with the staff at the front desk when she would be assessed for the next level. The staff spoke with Jenae, the Deck Supervisor that same day. My grand-daughter was tested by Jenae and based on her skills was graduated on Saturday 5/16. I loved how the graduation ceremony with the bell and announcement to all in Aqua Tots was done. Wow. You have a wonderful, positive program. Thank you!

I have been truly impressed with how much progress my son has made in one month! All the staff has been extremely nice and remember us as we walk in the door. I have been really impressed!
My granddaughter instructor has patience with my autistic granddaughter and my granddaughter loves the one on one teaching that makes her extremely happy. She continues to look forward to her weekly class.
Every single staff member is involved and attentive. I feel I am absolutely getting what I pay for and my children have made immense progress in a short time! I am beyond thrilled with aqua-tots! 10/10
Great experience with the snap class instructors, my sons both have autism and it’s hard to find an instructor that is able to adapt their class experience to their needs the way they have.
Everyone is so friendly and understanding. I always feel embarrassed when my kiddo makes it difficult for the instructors. However, they remain calm and level headed which puts me at ease.
