Aqua tot app is great and easy to use.
The only issue I have is that the kids only have a 30 minute lesson but teachers do not call the kids until the time exactly on the dot, then they head to take a shower and by the time they get into the water they lose 2 minutes. And at the end of class they end 3 minutes earlier. So total they lose 5 minutes per class which i think is not fair to the students and to us parents who have to pay $150 a month.
Otherwise everything is amazing about this place and I reccomend it to everyone.
Small class sizes and the instructors really push the students out of their comfort zone with support and encouragement

Smaller classes sizes, instructor feedback after each lesson and the option to reschedule a missed class.

The facility is very clean. The front desk staff are always polite and professional. Unfortunately with the exception of Roselyn and Zeppa, the instructors often seem distracted or unengaged which can be frustrating when you have a baby in class. Zappa and Roselyn interact with the children, give feedback, and maintain a nice rhythm and flow of the class. The others seem to just go with the memorized order of the class.
Nice and clean location. Great teachers and Julia at the front desk went out of her way to help get our daughter in the right class.
We have been going to Aqua Tots for about six months and love the progress our daughter has made with the water. They have small classes and give parents feedback in real time. All the staff is always hands on and ready to help.
