I want to give a huge shoutout to Coach Ashley. My son specifically asks for Coach Ashley every single time he wants to attend a swimming class. Unfortunately we are unable to get classes with her. But watching my son intently looking at Coach Ashley and waiting for her to come over, and then jumping into the pool and following her instructions to the T when she did come over, was so heartwarming, and reiterated the impact that great teachers can have on their students! Kudos to Coach Ashley, and please try and not leave us!

The staff is wonderful, the facility is always spotless, and the classes are fun and engaging for my littles.

Customer service is great! And my son loves it and he’s picky about where he goes for his activities. The swim coaches stick to a regimented curriculum that is very skill level appropriate. I can tell they are not trying to “check off the boxes “. They really want to see mastery before going to the next thing. Group size is great too if your kid needs a smaller group for more attention.

My daughter was able to advance in one month. Every class she had so much more confidence than the previous class. The instructors work well with her and make her feel very safe, which makes me feel so wonderful. Coach Frank and Coach Hans are the very best!
I gave a score of 10 because the teachers are compassionate, understanding, and accommodating. They create a supportive and positive learning environment, make each child feel comfortable, and work patiently with their individual needs. Their dedication and encouragement have made a significant difference in our experience.

The warm smiles upon arrival, knowing our little one by name. The professional approach that's taken with all kids and families. Always having an watchful eye on the kids at ALL times. More importantly, making EVERY second count!!!!!!

The instructors are incredibly patient They work in a group and individually My kid absolutely adores his teacher Ella and it's just an all-around enjoyable experience for the kids!
We love the coaches and the curriculum used to teach the babies and kids water safety and skills. Our grandson started at 6 mos and is now 3, and our newest grandson just started at 6 mos and already loves the water!
We have had a positive experience with Aqua-Tots. The staff is understanding, supportive, and genuinely cares about each child’s progress. The instructors are patient and encouraging, helping children build confidence in the water while learning important swimming skills.

We are very happy with AquaTots Norwood. I feel that my children are safe in the water with their instructors. Additionally, they are learning essential water safety skills that will keep them safe in and near other bodies of water. We are always warmly welcomed when we walk in.
