I would like to share how wonderful our experience has been at Aqua tots. My son absolutely loves his instructor, Hanna. She is incredibly patient, kind, and does an outstanding job teaching him. She makes lessons enjoyable while helping him build confidence in the water.
I would also like to recognize Erin, the manager, for being so helpful and accommodating. She has been wonderful in working with my son's schedule and always provides excellent customer service.

Coaches are great, we like the strategies and patience. Xander has made a seamless transition as our new coach once Ares left. Xander has also given my child the just right challenge to encourage progress each session. My child was hesitant to go in with coaches but the consistent strategies to calm him and help him become comfortable around the water again. Thank you!
Love coach Jen - she is a rockstar. I’m happy with the time slot selections for my little one. Also love the ease of the app to reschedule classes when needed.
Deducted one point for Coach Jon. Had about 3 lessons with him when Jen is out or a reschedule I had to do. He is so monotone and non expressive that it makes it seem like he doesn’t want to be there. Maybe it’s just the level 1 tadpole class is not his vibe, I’m not sure. If my trial swim lesson was with Jon though I would not have signed up here. He gives that bad of an impression unfortunately.
We have been attending Aqua Tots Eagan for over 2.5 years and absolutely love the instructors. We would love to acknowledge coach Malik for his exceptional work. He’s so genuinely kind and has really connected with our son, which has helped him learn and grow even more with his help. Thank you coach!
We are very happy with our son’s coach, Shaniya. She is very attentive to the techniques our 8-month-old needs to focus on and clearly explains the cues parents should follow to guide their child. The facility is also very well maintained and clean.
My only wish is that there were a waiting list option for preferred time slots with the coach he is most comfortable with, as infants and toddlers thrive on consistency and familiar faces they feel safe and comfortable with.
The staff is so kind and helpful, they know all the kids names and seem like they enjoy their job. Mary is so sweet with the kids and makes it an enjoyable experience to be there. The swim instructors always make you feel like your babies are in safe hands.
I have already recommended friends, staff members are kind and knowledgeable putting safety first

I love it there! My daughter loves it there and has learned so much! She excitedly asks every day if we have swim lessons and is sad when we don’t! The front desk is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Her swim coaches always put a smile on her face and do such a great job teaching her new skills! (She even pretends to be coach Zoe when we go swimming at home!) I honestly tell everyone who mentions swim lessons that we are so happy at AquaTots! Thank you for everything!
The instructors are great with my son who has been afraid of going under in the water. They are patient with him and make him feel safe and he looked to be actually enjoying himself after his most recent class!
The coach giving feedback everytime after the lesson. and I like how aqua tot have a small ceremony for the next level. it’s help to motivate the kids in learning to swim.

We are loving how friendly the staff are, facilities are clean and easy to navigate, our trainer Eli gives constructive and useful feedback, the app is great and user friendly, and the unlimited makeup classes is a bonus. Thank you for making our experience so positive !
