Coach Jakob, and Rowan are the best!! My oldest had both and she’s always asking me to try and book her classes with them, when we can. My youngest loves Jakob, he’s always so patient and friendly!!
Swim coached here give good attention to each kid in the class and make sure the kids have a fun time while learning. They also have lot of classes which makes it easy to pick a flixible schedule for the kids when you schedule a make up class.

All the coaches that have been assigned to my daughter have been wonderful. My daughter started out scared and not comfortable with being in the water and now she has done so well she loves to be in the water its amazing.
All of the teachers are great with the kids. My boys have excelled in their swimming abilities and comfort in the water. The app is easy to use.

The coaches have been absolutely amazing teaching our kids. We have been here for about a year now with our 2 kids from level 1 to level 4. The kids have confidence (and we the parents) have confidence with them in the water.

- They are very flexible with scheduling, including when making up missed classes.
- The staff is very friendly.
Main reason for the score is the instructors; they are great at what they do and the kids love them. The staff are always professional and helpful.

My child has been enrolled since he was old enough to attend swim lessons. We have enjoyed many days this year at the beach, lake, or in the pool and the swim lessons have allowed us to feel very comfortable with playing safely in the water. The swim lessons are a great physical activity, sensory activity, and bonding activity for us. We typically take classes with more senior instructors and we really enjoy those classes. My only critique would be with the newer instructors. From what I've witnessed, I think they could use a bit more training and shadowing before hosting a class on their own. Other than that, we love our experience at Aqua Tots.

We love aqua tots. Nayeli is an amazing and patient instructor! My only recommendation is that for level 3 classes that are four or more children there should be two instructors in the pool with them.
Aqua tots on West Center is very clean. The team does a great job of keeping it tidy compared to
the other location. The staff takes time to get to know our child. They do a good job of challenging him and helping him meet his swim goals.

The front desk is very welcoming, polite and smiling all the time. It creates a very kid friendly environment. We also like how our coach handled our toddler's first month classes so that she is willingly to come back after 2-3 sessions. I very much like the standard and easy to follow processes of Aqua-Tots such as enrollment, make up lessons, less and to the point email reach outs. The amenities at the school like the shower, hair dryer, hair ties, comfortable visitor area are definitely a plus.
We really love our weekly instructor. However, we’ve found when booking makeup classes, the instructors are not attentive to the toddlers, do not give parents the proper instruction or watch for progress, do not sing the cuing songs for the children, and sometimes combine toddler classes. I’d only recommend Aquatots with the caveat they find an instructor that is experienced with young children.
We absolutely love our kids’ swim classes! The front desk staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which makes every visit such a positive experience. The instructors are amazing—so patient, encouraging, and great with kids. My kids have had lessons with several different instructors, and they genuinely love every single one of them!
It’s clear that the instructors truly care about helping the kids learn while making them feel comfortable and confident in the water. We’ve had such a great experience and would definitely recommend these swim classes to other families!
