Great instructors and staff. They work well with the children and families and it's easy to cancel and reschedule if needed without loosing classes by using the make ups.
Organized levels with clear goals to achieve, progress easy to see/understand and class sizes are small with great friendly and patient staff/instructors for the younger ones
YOU'RE STAFF IS AMAZING!! My granddaughter started as a first time swimmer and she & I were a little nervous, by the time we left the staff and I were like old 🧡 friends. My granddaughter was smiling ear to ear with her progress and her encouraging remarks from her coaches.

Our daughter- 2.5 years old now went from crying and clinging onto us when going underwater to LOVING it, jumping in, floating unassisted, diving down for rings and learning water safety in a matter of months.
It’s been amazing watching her gain all this confidence in the water. She absolutely loves her swim lessons and her teachers.
I only wish we had enrolled her sooner!

Everyone is professional while interacting with the children
All the coaches are amazingly kind and patient, as well as skilled in swimming and water safety. My kid is scared of the water and the way they handle that in the lessons is amazing. Also, the ability to schedule and reschedule in the app is what I expect in this decade. Too many other places rely on in-person or phone calls.

Class instructor has been great. Classes have been organized and running smoothly.
Coaches are well trained remain consistent with the teaching process. Updating the child’s progress after each lesson has been a game changer. The new management is definitely making changes for the best!
My child was very scared of the water at first, but after a few lessons, became much more comfortable and confident in the pool.
The lessons were well-structured, and instructors were all kind and adjusted the lessons based on my child’s level. They also gave quick feedback about my kids, which was really helpful.
I am willing to highly recommend this program to others.

Instructors are friendly and helpful. Lily does an great job with my anxious son. Rescheduling when needed hasn't been difficult either.

The instructors are very patient and they have good control of the class. The app is great, I love being able to schedule make up classes so easily. I wish the app was updated after each class with the progression.

Great coaches and customer service, also the schedule is very flexible.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Our coach, Chance has been wonderful and experienced. They explain fully what we’re doing and has helped our little one a ton!
We enjoy the format of the classes, and our baby has fun. It would be better if there were a doll or something to demonstrate the skills before the parents try it with their kids. It can be difficult to hear in the pool, so a visual demonstration would help.
The make-up class policy is a little difficult for those of us who live far away. I would prefer to have a refund for classes that are cancelled, rather than having a make-up class to schedule. It is difficult for us to get there more than once in a week, so I am not sure we'll ever be able to reschedule the class that was cancelled. I think that policy is great for parents who have to reschedule for any reason, but when the class cancellation is because of the school being closed or no instructor available, it would be better to give a monetary credit to the account holder.
Friendly Staff & Good Curriculum
Good management staff, accommodating. Lessons are helping but I also feel like he is progressing faster at our pool than the instructors are allowing during the lessons.
All the coaches are super friendly! They know how to keep my son engaged and have fun while teaching him how to swim. They are able to identify his strengths and weaknesses. Their feedback at the end of the class really helps us know what we need to practice on. Keep up the great work Aqua tots Heartland!
The ability to work the classes around our schedule & not have conflicts result in missed classes is an outstanding feature. The structure & organization creates a smooth session.
