The cleanliness of the facility
Cassidy has been a great instructor for our little one. I really wasn't sure if we would see progress with a baby swimming until we actually started taking the classes and saw her pick up the skills. She improves with each lesson and is now kicking in the tub and engaging more with her toys in the water. I am happy with the aquatots experience so far

the instructors are kind, the place is clean, it has everything a parent would need to watch the child, but also dress them up. I really liked the customer service and honestly even if the price is high, that’s what keeps me coming.

Format is great and easy to switch and change classes. Instructors really care and are invested in your child. It’s a very happy place for my child to be and I feel safe and comfortable bringing him
There. I really wish all instructors have direct in the moment feedback to parents on how to improve or get better for level 2 classes. Majority of coaches don’t do this and go through the paces, but in order for our children to progress we need help to get better and help our kids get better too

The team at Aqua Tots Heartland has been really receptive of the feedback I provided earlier and took concrete steps to address my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised at how promptly the GM called to hear my concerns, suggest possible solutions and actually implement them. Overall, the facility is good, the staff are good - definitely recommend

My daughter’s and my experience at Aqua-Tots has been PERFECT every single time! From registering her to classes to attending every single class with Coach Helena has been a pleasure! We had Coach Sydney maybe once and she was so sweet and kind! We’ve had Coach Helena every time after that! Coach Helena is the sweetest, most caring, kind, professional, motivating, fun instructor I’ve ever met! My daughter is extremely timid, but looks forward to seeing and learning from Coach Helena weekly! She’s been going to ballet far longer than swim lessons, yet she is much more comfortable with swim and much more comfortable with Coach Helena than with any other adult (that’s not immediate family). Coach Helena makes all of the kids and parents feel welcomed and truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel included and motivated to learn while having fun! I love this place and love how professional everyone is - in spite of their very young age!! We have a lot of learning to do from these young ladies working here.
I appreciate having this resource available and I think that the instructors do a great job. The water temperature is great, the facility is nice. I do find it a bit pricey but I want my son to be able to swim.

The coaches are always so patient, encouraging, and welcoming, and they make learning new skills fun. I especially love knowing that he is learning important water-safety skills while having such a positive experience. We always look forward to swim days! 🏊♂️💦
