I really enjoy many things about Aqua-Tots. I find many of the instructors to be amazing with the kids when teaching them how to swim, I love having the convenience of being able to make up a class if my child is unable to attend class, and I really enjoy atmosphere of the centre (coffee station, birthday board, etc) it’s very welcoming.

We love our instructor Zoe and the attention and feedback she gives us to help with improving our daughter’s swim skills. The facility is also very clean and we appreciate the effort put into that.
Taylor ALWAYS greets us upon arrival by name. Tyler and Cameron are very consistent, patient and kind with my little swimmer, even on days when my little swimmer misbehaves.

Kids friendly swim environment. Warm pool. Separated from parents to minimize distractions yet parents can watch through. Swim toys only as needed. Nice changing rooms and restrooms. Flexible rescheduling process. Friendly coaches and staff. Easy progress tracking through app. And the list goes on.
The swim coaches and office staff
We absolutely love the swim school and management. The staff is the best, our daughter loves her coach. And we love Deb and how the whole staff manages the place! Our only recommendation is some lifeguards do not always stand near the areas that cause the most risk (I.E near the 2-3-4 year olds especially when there’s one coach to 2 or more students it can be hard to manage. And all the parents seem really edgy). There’s one woman lifeguard whose phenomenal and proactive with this but others seem to just sit in a spot that isn’t always the best place when they can likely aid the coaches or at least be nearby to help more and put parents’ minds to rest for toddlers that are not as old yet.

Everyone on the staff has been super nice. My daughter is going twice a week and has already shown a lot of progress and comfort in the water.
