Good customer service, instructors are knowledgeable and courteous, and the N 10th st location is close to our house.

Not only is the facility great and so accommodating. But the technique used to teach little swimmers at this school is amazing. I’m super impressed and highly recommend. I tried a different swim school prior to Aquatots. But since making the switch, I’ve noticed immediate improvement in my 4 year old. It’s so exciting to see all of the new skills he’s acquired since starting at Aquatots!

I would give a 10 cause i love The school. The only reason I am giving a 9 is for a couple of times that we were not communicated for a class cancelation by the school till last minute as we were arriving there.
The teachers are really sweet and they’ve worked patiently with John to get him acclimated to being in the water. I’ve seen him progress from crying to eagerly anticipating his swim lessons. He’s on the cusp of jumping into the pool and he’s working on floating independently. Great job!!
The have the best experience people. My daughter is 3 and she loves coming back every time.
I have 4 kids, so the idea of figuring out swim lessons was daunting. The staff were so nice and helpful and patient with us. We found time in the schedule with overlap and they went above and beyond to find a spot that worked for us. Every time we go my kids are so excited and everyone is so nice and welcoming! The coaches have great feedback and do a great job. I was really worried my kids would hate it because they don’t even like getting water on their face during shower time, but they look forward to their lessons each week. So glad we joined!
We just love Aqua-Tots Swim School! Our daughter started here at 14 months, she's now 8 years old and swinning and striving at level 7. I love all patience the instructors have. They have been consistent since day one. You can tell they enjoy teaching the kids and watching their skills improve from week to week. We especially love that we can schedule make up days at our convenience and that they don't expire. Camdyn looks forward to coming every week!

The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and extremely competent. The facilities are very clean and welcoming. The curriculum is well organized, well tracked, and effective.
Last off? The class sizes allow teacher more time to interact with students, making the instruction more effective.
We’ve been using this location since my 8 year old was 2 1/2. She is such a strong swimmer now and as soon as my youngest turned 6 months we enrolled him. He’s now 14 months and so happy being in the water. He’s learning every class and I can see actual progress. The front desk staff and coaches are always so helpful and friendly.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean. The staff is helpful and answer questions or concerns in the moment. I’ve noticed that all the staff get along well with each other, which is very important in creating a fun environment for them and others around them. The app is easy to schedule or reschedule.

My 2 year old son started swim school 2 months ago. The staff made us feel welcomed. The instructors are patient and encouraging. I have noticed a boost in my sons confidence. I love that the pool is indoor and lessons will be not be affected by weather.

Great instructors
We love swim classes! The coaches are awesome; currently we see Josh & Sophia but we have had Mo and Kayla as well as Belly one time in the past. Overall the progress we have seen is great and we have full confidence in the team at Aqua Tots Braintree.
My son's skills have improved a lot. The coaches are passionate and kind.
