Amazing coaches, helpful staff, clean & safe environment!
Our son is not keen on swim lessons, and starts each session with a royal tantrum! We have been SO impressed by all the staff- scooping him up, carrying him, and easing him into the water with his peers! I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Our son came back to me after our last session telling me he had so much fun! I didn’t think that would ever happen!

When we first started the instructors were amazing! In the last few months several instructors have left and the new instructors are just not doing as great a job both with teaching and instructing class in a way the children can understand. Our child’s progress has came to a standstill and has become frustrating.

The instructors are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and we’ve seen great progress in swimming skills and confidence. The front desk team is always welcoming, helpful, and organized, making every visit easy and enjoyable. Alex, the General Manager, does an excellent job creating a positive and professional environment, and Adam, the Office Manager, is always responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Their leadership and dedication make this swim school stand out. We truly appreciate the entire team’s commitment and highly recommend the school.

We love aquatots because of the 1:1 feedback our son receives. The class sizes are always small and you can tell that the coaches remember their students and push them to grow. Ximena is my son’s coach and she is the best coach we’ve ever had. Our son gets distracted easily and gets super excited during class and she is always great and calming him downz

Alexis is amazing with Lorenzo. She is very patient. The entire staff is always welcoming and the facilities are clean. Lorenzo is progressing nicely. From crying the first 2 weeks to being excited about being there.

The entire staff is friendly, caring and professional. We have taken our two grandchildren there since they were 10 and 4 months old. They are now 3 and a half and almost 2 and a half years old. The kids love their coach and talk about coming every week. We recommend Aqua Tots Surprise to everyone with small children, or grandchildren.

All the staff (and I do mean every single one) have been friendly and helpful. Any questions I’ve asked have been answered kindly and thoroughly. I’ve had great interactions with Alex, Adam, Issac, Haley, and Jay. They’ve done a wonderful job being kind and patient to my child. Her swimming confidence has improved greatly in just a few sessions.
I like that the class is very structured. I can see my son is actually learning and making progress. I also love the place. Its very clean!
