The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Our coach, Chance has been wonderful and experienced. They explain fully what we’re doing and has helped our little one a ton!
We enjoy the format of the classes, and our baby has fun. It would be better if there were a doll or something to demonstrate the skills before the parents try it with their kids. It can be difficult to hear in the pool, so a visual demonstration would help.
The make-up class policy is a little difficult for those of us who live far away. I would prefer to have a refund for classes that are cancelled, rather than having a make-up class to schedule. It is difficult for us to get there more than once in a week, so I am not sure we'll ever be able to reschedule the class that was cancelled. I think that policy is great for parents who have to reschedule for any reason, but when the class cancellation is because of the school being closed or no instructor available, it would be better to give a monetary credit to the account holder.
Friendly Staff & Good Curriculum
Good management staff, accommodating. Lessons are helping but I also feel like he is progressing faster at our pool than the instructors are allowing during the lessons.
All the coaches are super friendly! They know how to keep my son engaged and have fun while teaching him how to swim. They are able to identify his strengths and weaknesses. Their feedback at the end of the class really helps us know what we need to practice on. Keep up the great work Aqua tots Heartland!
Great place for kids’ swim lessons! The facility is always clean and professional, and the staff are so kind and welcoming. My kids really enjoy their time there and always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend Aqua-Tots!

Originally , when I was looking for a swimming school to help teach my daughters how to swim I was nervous because there were so many out there. However, you guys offered a trial class to show us what you offered and help answer any questions we may have at the moment. When we arrived we were treated like family, allowed to tour the place, educated on what level they were, and allowed to ask any questions. The instructors were amazing, patient, and so helpful on making my daughters feel at ease because they were so nervous not knowing how to swim. I knew I found our swim school and didn’t have to search anymore. Now my daughters are confident and still learning. They love coming here all the time. We enjoy coming because everyone is so helpful and sweet all the time. I am constantly telling people to come to this company because you are treated as family not just a number. Thank you for all you do.
Our child has progressed leaps and bounds since starting swim lessons here! The coach is absolutely amazing and really cares for the kids!
Things are going great so far. Seeing great improvement in my daughter.
We’ve been going for about 6 weeks and everything has been so easy. The coaches are awesome, they take a lot of pride in the success of the students and are super encouraging and supportive.
My only complaint is the other parents. If you are going to be on your phone the whole time, don’t sit in the front row! Maybe put up some signs or something. Or I was thinking the comfy chairs should be in the back, and less comfy up front. I’d gladly sit in the plastic chairs for a front row seat to watch my kid.
My son hated water before starting attending swim school. Now after about a month of lessons he no longer cries in the pool and is getting more adjusted to being submerged. The instructors are also very friendly and respectful.
The people make it worth coming. My girls love Kegan and Finn. It's nice to be greeted by name when the girls arrive for class. I appreciate that they're not just numbers.
I have them a high score simply because they work so well the children that are on the spectrum. They treat everyone with care and understanding

We're very happy with coach Sam on Wednesday mornings at 8:50. We hope she continues with Aqua-Tots and that her temporary replacement for the summer lives up to her commitment and energy she's puts into the class.
We'll miss Sam very much while she's on her summer internship.
