Natalie and Leslie in the front desk are just the sweetest people. They always great my son with a smile even though it’s a busy day. I spoke to Natalie over the phone requesting a change in my son’s schedule and she was very helpful. Everyone else there is great too it’s just them who stick out the most. The swim coaches are great. My son loves coach Katelyn. It’s a bummer she only coaches on mondays but we are so grateful for her and coach victor as well.

We cannot say enough good things about Aqua-Tots in Rockwall! The coaches here are absolutely amazing. Not only are our children having an absolute blast every single week, but they are also mastering one of the most vital life-saving skills. What blows me away is the coaches' ability to build instant trust—not once has my child struggled with tears or nerves after learning a new skill. Instead of fear, they’ve been taught to be completely confident in the water while learning how to swim safely. We are so grateful for this program!

We absolutely love Aqua-Tots Swim School in Sandy Springs! Our daughter has been attending since she was just 6 months old, and it’s been such a joy to watch her grow in confidence and develop strong swimming skills over the years.
Coach Bran has been amazing! She is so patient, encouraging, and genuinely cares about each child’s progress. She has a wonderful way of making lessons fun while helping our daughter build new skills and confidence in the water. We’ve seen so much improvement in her swimming, and we’re incredibly grateful for Coach Bran’s dedication.
Everyone at Aqua-Tots is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like part of the Aqua-Tots family, and they do a great job creating a positive, supportive environment for both kids and parents.

We really enjoy the friendly and constructive teaching and feedback of the swim coaches. We especially appreciate Bella who is outstanding in communication, caring and cheerful with careful teaching as well as Farida who is kind and knows how to put kids at ease. My daughter loves to swim learning at Aqua-tots and that is the best thing a parent hopes for --to love the lifesaving skill she is learning.

We’ve really enjoyed our experience the last several months at Aqua Tots! The minnow class with my son is my favorite as it teaches me also what to do in the water! Coach Irina is fantastic and I will say with a few makeup classes, she’s by far my favorite. I haven’t enjoyed some of the other teachers because they are just doing the motion and with these little kids and parents, personalization makes a difference! My daughter goes twice a week and has gained confidence tremendously. Shes 5 years old and in a level 3 which I think by this point she should be moved up here soon and I’d like to see more swimming from her and the same floating, jumping, going down! I’m excited for the next level for her and what this does for her actual swimming and not just confidence in the water! Coach Aarsha and Ernesto are hands down the best! I will be going out of my way to see if they teach the next level. I was hesitant at first with how many young coaches there are to be honest but they are very detailed and kind! My daughter was extremely nervous initially to have male teachers and now she seeks them out when she sees them in the pool area and pretends to do swim class in our living room and be them! It’s truly special! Additionally I want to note Nancy and First name removed have also been amazing. Recognizing us and welcoming with some more personal touches. I’d like to see this from more teachers or staff when they are outside the pool area.
Facility is always clean too! I’d like the app to have reminders more verses so many reminder emails. I’d also love for the app to have some communication abilities for teachers and parents. I understand this could get out of hand but I do think things are rushed with getting feedback after classes and parents aren’t able to ask much because there is another class.
I’d love for the older classrooms to have an option for parents once a month or once every two months to be in the pool with the kids so we can also hear and watch what the teachers are doing. It would help me in the pool with my oldest! I know several aren’t as active or involved but for those of us that are, I’d love this!
