You don’t have to keep trying to get into the next level. I don’t mind the automatic payments. I think the instructors are great and don’t fool around. I wish it was a little easier to get back to back lessons.

We appreciate how facility is kept clean and the pool is maintained. Also, our coach Shaniya was very patient and kind. Her warm encouragement made every lesson so much fun for our child. She kept him engaged and helped him feel comfortable in the water, making sure he reached his swimming milestones.

The environment is very friendly
My child loves swimming thanks to attending aqua tots! Over the last year, her skills have grown and progressed in ways we could not imagine. The coaches patience and the consistency in the class has helped her be successful.
My only feedback is that the coach does not update the skills regularly on the app for us to track. We will receive feedback and it will not reflect on the app.

Great customer service, clean facilities, friendly, organized.
Our kids have really been progressing in their swim capabilities. Our oldest has already gone up 2 levels since she started. And we are seeing a lot of improvement from our twins as well.
We like the flexibility of rescheduling classes they have missed.
We like that there is a comfortable area to sit and watch them.
We love the feedback that is provided after each session and the ways we can help progress their abilities.

My 6 year old son went from being terrified of the pool, to not only being comfortable in the water, but thriving and swimming in the pool in 6 months! The structure and instructors have been great!
The person teaching my kid to swim is super nice and very respectful of what he needs. He gets excited every time he sees her. The manager is very friendly and makes me and my kid feel welcomed.

The overall experience at Aquatots is great. Juniper has learned so much, gained amazing confidence in the water and the teachers are wonderful. We love it!

Flexibility of the schedule.
We were at British swim school when we lived in spring but moved here so now go to y'alls school and at first I was nervous to see how my son would be with the new teachers and environment. After a few lessons it was clear that he was in great hands. At the other school parents stand on the edge of the pool during the class and I didn't think I would like not being able to do that but my son actually performs much better when I'm not too close by! Would absolutely recommend yall.
Very interactive, small group classes, for my 14months 30min class is ideal, instructors able to give different directions based on child progress, since each child is different.

General Manager Danielle also truly listens to parents’ opinions and promptly addresses and resolves any concerns or issues. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots to families looking for a safe, supportive, and well-structured swimming program!
