So far we have experienced great coaches, increase in our swimmer's skill set, and love the flexibility of make-up classes. The personal feedback from each session is also very helpful. Not all swim lessons offer that.

We love this swim school! The facility is clean, and the instructors are incredibly professional and patient. In a short time, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my child’s swimming skills and water confidence. Highly recommend to any parents! 10/10!
All the teachers and staff are very friendly, and my son has improved his swimming and feels confident in the water.
My daughter has been attending Aqua-Tots for over a year now, and we’ve seen incredible progress in her skills and confidence in the water. Because our schedule changes often, she has had lessons with several different instructors.
Today, she had a lesson with Coach Henry, and I was very impressed. He is attentive and clearly aware of all the children under his care. He communicates constantly—encouraging, guiding, and instructing the kids, even while they are underwater. I could see how comfortable my daughter felt with him, and her swimming noticeably improved during the lesson.
I highly recommend Coach Henry. We will definitely try to schedule her lessons with him from now on!
The instructors are friendly and give feedback to each kid’s parent. The staff at the desk are also friendly. We had stopped going during the winter months and the the instructors welcomed my kids back with smiles and “We’re glad you’re back!”

Every staff member we have come in contact with is always friendly and great with my son. Rachel is our current instructor and she is absolutely wonderful. We cannot recommend aquatots enough!

The swim school has a good ratio per class. Every child has given enough attention. I just hope there are more evening classes available for makeup class. I’ve been waiting for a spot to open but it never did so far.
The swim instructors are very knowledgeable and caring! Our kids are learning to love swimming and gaining confidence in the water. We have been coming for a few months and our 5 year old just swam all the way across the pool which was very exciting. Our 3 year old has no more fear of the water and jumps in, turns around and grabs the wall.
Also the scheduling on the app is easy and their cancelation policy is generous and easy. The facility in Hawaiian Gardens is always clean and there are plenty of changing rooms and showers.
Overall 10 out of 10.
Love the small class sizes, how well kept the facility is, that the focus is on confidence and self-preservation in the water. All of the teachers are so great at meeting the kids where they are at.
They have been very patient with my grandson in teaching him not be afraid of the water. He is making great progress now in learning to swim.

Smaller classes and individual progress tracking provides more of an opportunity for progress. The pool is warmer than the community pools. The space itself is warm, welcoming and comfortable. The amenities of individual, clean shower stalls with doors, separate change areas with doors, blow dryers and swim suit dryers are all appreciated extras. The staff are welcoming, attentive and ensure the space is clean and safe at all times.

We love Aqua-Tots. The teachers have all been very patient and kind with our little ones and Sylvie at reception has always been so easy to communicate with. We’ve had the opportunity to work with several teachers, but currently are with Ashley and Tulsie who are the best coaches we’ve worked with thus far! They give great feedback at the end of every class and Ashley is very patient with one of our nervous swimmers.

The staff at Front desk staff at Burlington AquaTots are always so welcoming. Coach Max is also an excellent instructor. My son is learning to be comfortable with water, and we couldn’t be happier with his instructions.
