The staff at Aqua-Tots are enthusiastic and seem to genuinely like their jobs and working with children. If a child cries, they seem trained on how to handle the situation. They are encouraging to the students but also push them in a way that helps them meet their potential. We are grateful we found this swim school!

Honestly everything about your school is amazing !!! The coaches, the staff, the environment you guys are truly top notch above the rest …!!! Even with new staff you guys hire they still have a high level of customer service well done !!! My daughter found a love for swimming and I couldn’t be any more prouder thanks to you guys !!!

Thầy cô nên chú ý cẩn thận hơn, hôm trước còn nhầm con mình với 1 bạn khác, may mình phát hiện ra. Trong quá trình dạy các con cũng cần tập trung và cẩn thận hơn, không để xao nhãng nhiều lúc mải dạy 1 bạn mà quên mất các bạn còn lại, để con chơi mãi mới gọi con ra dạy.

The structure of the program, the compliments at the end of each session, and the way parents can follow along in the app. It’s an investment that I believe to be worth it for any family that is around water frequently.

We love going there and everyone is super nice. The o my thing that needs is improvement is that some instructors don’t update progress after class.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Every activity is with purpose to teach baby to be comfortable in the water and build necessary skills. They let each child learn at their own pace. My baby loves the classes and is thriving in the water.

Melissa at the desk is the kindest, most welcoming person. She is a standout. She always greets us and everyone that comes through the door with the brightest smile and calls most of the kids by name! It really is a pleasure to see her every week. :)

It’s a great swim program that focuses on skills each session and build from those skills each session. The instructors give us updates after each class. The facility is set up only for swim classes and not a shared establishment like most other swim classes. The instructors are well trained, friendly and patient.
AquaTots has exceeded my expectations in every way. They are very organized, professional, and fun. The communication is incredible. The flexibility to join or cancel classes is so amazing. The classes are well run and I see growth from my child every single class.
