Shaniya is an incredible instructor. My daughter has improved in leaps and bounds. The front staff are so good with the kids too. The facility is always spotless. The coffee is a nice bonus.
I like the staggered start times so it’s less chaotic when classes are starting. And I like that there aren’t too many classes going on at once. It’s very relaxed compared to another swim school in town.

The coaches are all absolutely incredible. My toddler has flourished with this swim curriculum, particularly with boundaries relating to water. I have to give special shout outs to Coach Leah and Coach Teighlor for being fantastic with my kid on the good days and the bad. I’m very impressed by them!

My daughter has SNAP classes with Joel once a week and it is the highlight of her week. He keeps her happy and engaged, and her swimming skills have really progressed under his guidance. We try and schedule all of her makeup classes with him when able because he really has made this a wonderful experience for her.
The classes are short and structured. They balance fun and safety skills in a way that efficiently teaches my toddler the foundations of swimming. I was impressed at how well my almost 2 year old tolerated the frequent submersions despite absolutely hating having water poured over her head at bath time. She loves swim lessons and always asks to get back in the water when class is over.

Swim coaches and front desk staff are all amazing, classes are always on time and easy to reschedule as needed.
My grandson was very upset when swim lessons started however Ms Kaylee was amazing with him and now he looks forward to his weekly lessons
All staff have been amazing. Instructors are calm, communicative, and so patient with my kiddos. My younger kid has not been the easiest and is saying they are scared. Last class another staff member jumped in to hold them and calm them down. It was so helpful.
The support provided during the lessons and the feedback afterward are incredibly helpful for identifying my mistakes and learning the correct techniques for teaching my child to swim.

The coaches are excellent. They are each patient, clear, encouraging, and kind. The classes run on time. The staff is well organized. There is enough room in the waiting area for parents. The pool is pretty clean. It's just been very smooth and we've even made some new friends in the classes.
