All the instructors have been amazing!!
Shaniya is our instructor and she is amazing. I sometimes arrive a little early and am very impressed by level 2 skills that she also teaches. This alone has convinced me to continue swimming lessons with this company.
I do have one critique which would to have attendants clean the family washroom more frequently along with mop and dry the floors in the changing room area more frequently.

Our coach Connor is excellent and makes our daughter feel very comfortable and safe in the water. She has never wanted to go under the water and Connor had her going underwater right away.

My daughter has learned more in the months she’s been in classes than she ever did at another swim lesson location. I truly appreciate that all teachers are trained the same way so they are all consistent in how they work with the students.

We love the location, the staff, the curriculum model with building that resilience to go under water in addition to skill. I've seen my son's confidence and ability grow so quickly. I just wish the environment was a bit cleaner- the smell hits you as soon as you walk in and the bathrooms are frequently dirty when I need to run and do a quick potty break with my little guy.

I loved that coaches actually cared if my kid continued and wasn’t bothered by him taking more time to get used to the lessons. We have had many instructors and they onboard fast and are mostly great! Frankly it’s surprising how many winners of instructors they keep around, given the volume of lessons. My kid is slowly learning at an age appropriate pace and gets some exercise all year long.
We have been so happy with our experience here. It's clean, they have amazing patience with the kiddos, and we love the staff and teachers.
Overall, our experience has been great, and our son is progressing after every class. During our last visit on Monday, June 1st, several other parents and I noticed that the children appeared cold, and they even commented that either the water or the air temperature was abnormally low. Because of this, I recommend making both the air and water temperatures clearly visible to parents."
So many reasons. Number one - Bijan! He is the epitome of one of a kind. So friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond anytime I need assistance. Other reasons are: all of my daughter Gianna’s swim coaches have been awesome. We switch days from time to time and she always leaves with great things to say about each. The flexibility for someone like me and my schedule is also a huge plus. All around 10/10, happy we chose this location.
The staff is very nice and the swimming class system is simple and clear.
The coaches are very professional and they teach each kid fairly and equally! The pool is very clean and it has a bunch of changing rooms. My kids love it there!

Our child is learning a lot and gaining confidence in the water, plus has such a great time at each lesson. Every single person we've encountered has been so helpful, friendly, and attentive.

They reason why I gave you this score is, because the instructor is very friendly and is always giving back feedback and make my feel that my child involved with the class. All staff members are friendly and are always there to answer your questions. I'm very pleased to continue taking my son here.

Each instructor is demonstrating patience with my son who at first was hesitant to go under water. They take their time with each child and make sure needs are met. We have been very happy so far with our time at Aqua-Tots!
