The app is wonderful. The option to switch instructors. The waiting room and the friendly staff.
We really appreciate having our son learn at this school. He has gained confidence in the water and has made steady progress. Considering his age and that he attends twice a week, we understand that progress takes time, and we are very happy to see how far he has come.
The only suggestion I would make is to increase the amount of time students spend actively in the water during lessons. I recognize and appreciate the instructors’ positive words, encouragement, and guidance with the children, cause I love when I see my son’s enthusiasm in his face when that happens, so I see this more as an area of awareness for the future rather than a criticism. Overall, we are very pleased with his experience and appreciate the instructors’ efforts in helping him build confidence and develop his skills.

McKenzie, Jais’s instructor is amazing! My son is level 3 autistic and she goes over and beyond with patience and understanding. She has taught him so much in 2 months that he didn’t understand over 4 months !

Consistency of coaches. Particularly Lily and Sydney. I like coaches who aren’t afraid to use their voice, have a great personality (not shy), and are very clear and direct and detailed with instructions

Aquatots has been amazing. They are very flexible with our schedule and easy to work with. We love the coach’s and my little girl has learned so much. She is so confident in the water now. I am so happy with the results.

We’ve had some really good instructors (Kelsey) and recently coach Amaya have been working with my son. The play dates that were recommended have been really helpful and I really appreciate them to get my son to that next level. He’s been working at it for a long time.
We DO recommend aquatots to everyone who mentions swim lessons! We are so happy there and our daughter has truly thrived. She’s learned so much and genuinely loves going to swim lessons! The best people work there and make it such a positive environment. Thank you!😊
Honestly, I was a little skeptical when my daughter came out of her first lesson hysterical (which I now know is normal). Since that first lesson she has completely fallen in love with swimming! She is so excited to go to every lesson and has so much fun swimming in other situations. My son also just started and had an incredible, tear free first lesson. The staff is truly wonderful. The coaches are great and handle stressed out kids amazingly to ensure the kids feel confident in their abilities. The front desk staff is also great! Everyone really is so kind and professional and has been so easy to work with. I have already recommended my friends sign their kids up and I will continue to do so!

They are great at teaching swim skills based off of level and individual students. They have so many classes available to work with all types of schedules and their staff is amazing to work with!!
We love the confidence our daughter is gaining by being a part of these classes. She spends her summer at the lake and this has helped her gain the comfort being in the water. The instructors are offer help and guidance even outside the school of the things she can continue to work on when class is not in session. Thank you!
My grandson loves coming each week and learning to swim. He is 7 years old and all his older siblings can swim but he didn’t know how.
We love coach Ella! She is absolutely fantastic and our son looks forward to her classes every week!
