It’s convenient, well designed programs, and my child enjoys the instructors positive attitudes.
At first I came for the safe, clean facility and the comfortable, kid-centered environs. But over the course of two years, the main reason that AquaTots scores a "10" is the people. The managing staff is highly visible, highly approachable, and always focused on safety first. Somehow, they manage to do this with a friendly warmth that makes us feel like family. The little extras (coloring supplies, coffee bar) are a nice touch that relaxes us when we walk in the door and says, "We value you." It takes a lot of hard work to build customer loyalty. My hat is off to the hard-working staff of AquaTots!
My grandson has enjoyed his swimming lessons. He started when he was two and there’s now 3 1/2.
The staff is kind and friendly. The front desk members are very knowledgeable and will promptly answer any questions we have. The swim instructors are patient and they seem to enjoy doing what they do which in my opinion sets the tone for all swim lessons.
I really like this swimming school; my son has learned a lot from the instructors—especially Lauren and Bethanie—and thanks to this, he has gained a lot of confidence in his daily life. He is no longer as shy and is definitely enjoying your classes. Thank you so much, truly.

The classes are great with great coaches. I would like to give a shout out to coach Jocelyn and coach Leslie. They have helped Catherine come a long way in her swimming skills.
The lessons are organized, the instructors are patient and make lessons enjoyable while helping swimmers build confidence and improve their skills. The staff are friendly and professional.

Coach Skylar and Coach Franco! The best coaches ever! My girls are so comfortable with them and learning slowly but steadily! All the coaches are equally great here so taking makeup classes is never an issue and the best part is feedback after the class! We know what the child needs to improve or is doing good! We actually don’t like missing swim classes after joining Aquatots NorthBergen!
Awesome as always. My daughter is in level 8 and they have been working with her since level 3. Great group of coaches!

the staff is very friendly and happy to help. my son loves going to swimming lessons and the instructors make him feel really comfortable in the water. the lessons are kid driven, with easy-to-follow instructions. I love Aqua Tots. I just wish I would have started here first.
