The instructors are great, the front desk staff are awesome as well! I just wish the bags for the wet clothes and diapers would stay filled and it took awhile for the dryer to get fixed. Other than that I love aqua tots!

Cost is high and is really the only downside as it has increased quite a bit from when we originally signed up and have two kids enrolled
Because it’s a nice swim school and the classes are fun
Both my kids have become so much more confident swimming and have really learned so much. Aquatots definitely pushed them out of their comfort zone by having them learn to go under water starting at the first lesson, but the results have been amazing and now they both love jumping into the pool and swimming under water. It’s invaluable to know my kids now know how to stay safe in water and will be strong swimmers.

The app is easy to navigate. The staffs are helpful and responsive. I love the feedbacks that the instructors give after lesson to see my kid's progress. The lessons are fun and I can see my daughter starting to love swimming.
The facility is kid-focused which makes the swimming experience more enjoyable for both my kid and myself. The pool is heated to around 90F and treat with minimal amount of chlorine so it is not harmful to both parents and child.
Previously I have given lower ratings, but lately the service has improved, and I have felt very satisfied with the service.
We love Aqua tots so far! The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, and my daughter loves her swim teacher!
Great customer service
We're loving the swim classes! Only improvement I recommend is more frequent deep cleans in the bathrooms - they're a bit mildewy.

My son loves his coach and (mostly) everyone is very kind. The reason it cannot be a 10 is because we have had a very bad experience with another instructor that was covering his regular one and so the experience is coach-dependent.
I think that the coaches my son have done a great job. Some have definitely been better than others, but that is expected with different experience levels and personalities. Coach Faith was by far above and beyond and the initial reason we continued with Aqua Tots. She gave my son confidence and was patient with him and also moved him to new skills when he was ready. I also really like Mary Kate. She has not taught my kids, but is always friendly to them and me and very welcoming! I feel safe with my son in the pool and he is well cared for as well! The dressing areas are always clean, although sometimes they are a bit slippery and me and my son have both slipped before. We will be continuing through the fall, then take a break and will be back mid spring and summer!

Amazing school, tried all other swimming schools in the area, but they can’t compete with Aqua Tots. It’s number one school in PA so far. The atmosphere, staff, vibe and much more give us the whole experience that anyone would want for their kids and family 🩷💜💙

Ease of scheduling and rescheduling and the teachers
Coach Wasi is very patient with our son. He teaches very kindly.
The teachers while young themselves truly seem to care about the progress of the kids and building relationships with them to continue to encourage learning tailored to each student.
Ms Alondra who is the swimming teacher of my son Christian is being so patient and helpful with him. He is being improving a lot his swimming skills. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and they always work with your s he dile. We love this place.
Swimming coaches are awesome friendly and very attentive to all the kids shout out to Kylie is just beautiful and Nathan is just hands down fun
