Overall love Aqua-Tots. Fun and smart classes, great instructors. Only feedback for improvement would be trying to give new parents a bit more of ‘what to expect’ before the first class (or during?). But still 10/10 just always want to help.

We are so happy to be learning at Aqua-Tots. Our son is learning safety and boundaries around water, which gives me extra peace of mind. The instructors are very well educated and patient during every lesson.

I love the staff and the program!
The training consistently reinforces the training that is taught. The staff is helpful and the instructors are well trained so if the instructor changes it’s not as much of an issue for our child. Overall, the program has replaced fear with confidence around water and in general. It’s the only swim program where he has experienced success. One of the main instructors Sarah Butt has been instrumental in this success.
Trainers prepared and with a vocation for this work, over time the children learn the movements and resist underwater, in conclusion you see The Progress

Wonderful coaches, clean and safe environment. My son has made so much progress just in a short 3 weeks. Love the ease of rescheduling class if needed. Front desk is so kind and helpful.
The environment is clean and the staff are friendly. I like how on top of safety they are and coach Ashleigh does great with the little ones!
I cannot even put into words how much I appreciate this facility and my grandsons instructor, Max. Max has been extremely patient and kind. I was ready to leave after 5 minutes of my grandson screaming and crying during the first class. Max encouraged me to stay and said this was normal. We are on class #6 and finally making progress. Without the kindness of everyone and Max's patience, I don't know that I would have came back. Highly recommend Aqua Tots.

Choosing Aqua-Tots for Christian was an easy decision. What stood out to me most was their strong focus on water safety, confidence building, and individualized instruction. The small class sizes allow each child to receive personal attention, and the coaches are incredibly patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Aqua-Tots emphasizes helping children become safe and confident swimmers through a structured, progressive program designed for all ages and abilities.
Since starting lessons, I’ve loved watching Christian become more comfortable in the water and gain new skills each week. The warm, welcoming environment, friendly staff, and clear communication make every visit a positive experience. Knowing he is learning life-saving water skills while having fun gives me so much peace of mind.

We absolutely love this swim school—especially the teachers! They are so skilled, kind, and really engage with the kids, which makes all the difference. MK in particular is amazing and my kids love having her for class. The only reason I’m giving a 9 out of 10 is that we would love to see more make-up class options for the higher-level classes like level 6. Many times there are no makeup slots open for this class or only 1-2 openings. Otherwise, we couldn’t be happier!
