The instructors are so good with our daughter! She loves swimming, only reason I gave a 9 is because the different levels & communication are a little confusing. They do make sure to reach out and ask how everything is though!

We love the new format for feedback on swimming - makes getting dressed make faster! We love all the coaches but right now my girls really love Coach Tyler and Coach Maddy. They are excelling in their swimming due to these two amazing coaches and their coaching styles. As always, clean and ship-shape! Keep up the great work. Loved the pumpkin contest, too!
Great class time options. The instructors also give great feedback. And the progression is tracked in a way that allows you to really support your swimmer.
They do a great job with the kids and really appreciated their Halloween party :)

We love everything. It’s always clean and staff are friendly & kind. I just wish there were more restrooms and space to dry the kids hair (especially for winter).

We have seen so much progress in skills, comfort, and enjoyment of the water in our kids. Coaches and front desk staff are all very kind and patient.

My daughter went into swim classes comfortable in the water but obviously didn't know how to swim. We can see such a significant improvement in her skill since we joined in June. What I think is even more amazing for us is that she's never had a male teacher before and she was very hesitant about it, but she loves Mr. Isaac and even pretends to be him when she's playing with her bath tub toys. He's helped her so much and very grateful for him!
I love the app and progression skills! Coach Braylee is amazing! My only suggestion is that other coaches make sure they are loud enough for us to hear. Sometimes, when we do a make up class, there are multiple classes and it can get loud in there.
We’ve had a great experience at this swim school! Everything is very organized and clearly systemized — I love how easy it is to understand each level and track my son’s progress. The app makes it simple to see how he’s doing and what skills he’s working on next.
They also offer tons of class times, which makes scheduling a breeze. If we need to switch a day, there are always multiple options, and we can see exactly which instructor is teaching and how many spots are available. The teachers themselves are warm, friendly, and always give helpful feedback.
Overall, it’s been a wonderful program for our family — professional, flexible, and really supportive of the kids’ progress. Highly recommend!

Since starting swim class, we found everyone to be very patient, kind and friendly. My 3 year old loves going to Swim Class.
All the instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming. Our girls love to come to class! Thanks for giving the girls this great space to learn - vacations are forever changed thanks to swim lessons.
The one point of feedback I’d like to share is that we are consistently seeing differences in the way skills are being tracked for our Level 2 swimmer. Although it’s age dependent to advance to Level 3, several milestones are not tracked, comments seem erroneous (see comment on Kick and Core control regarding holding the baby vertical), and each instructor teaches differently. I appreciate that some of this may be due to newer coaches, since we didn’t experience this in the past with our now Level 3 year old. I only raise this because we alternate parents entering the pool weekly, and sometimes do makeup classes, so there becomes times where one parent has progressed with my daughter, and the next week, when the opposite parent goes in, there’s no trail of progress to reference. Hopefully there can be a reminder / training on ensuring skills are being marked off consistently to avoid this. Again, not too concerned since Level 2 only advances at 30 months.
