There is a female manager at the bar that I normally sit at. She can be rude, dismissive and inattentive. I prefer not to sit at the bar when she is working.
Servers are very helpful. ECW should provide a knife with utensils. Hard to cut things with a fork !

The customer service was some of the best I've ever had. I always head out somewhere to get wings for my birthday, and I think I'm going to make Easter Coast Wings the default choice from now on.
Staff was wonderful and very nice when I picked up my Togo order! Restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly!! Unfortunately when we got home my husband noticed his wing sauce selections were incorrect. They gave him hot buffalo which he could not eat due to the heat index.
The food is always good and the service is Friendly!
I think somehow labeling the wings on the to go box would be great

The food is consistent. It's terrible to visit a place and have a great meal - talk to others about the place - and go back to get a poor meal.
East Coast tends to be very consistent on the quality of their meals.

Wings were hot and very well prepared chips were crisp and service was great
Compared to our last visit, this one was spectacular. We took people with us and we had a delightful supper, good service, and all went well. The food was delicious.

We stopped going to this location because it is always freezing inside. Even when we’d ask for the a/c to be adjusted it never came oils be. We were in the area and tried this location again and it was absolutely freezing still.

We have ordered online for takeout several times in recent months, and every single time something is left out of our order and we have to go back to the store. It is inconvenient and a repeated error that the take out window is making.
