It's always great food but the East Coast in Kernersville NC, gives me even better service. I know the food is what I go for, but the service is what makes me continue to go back every Tuesday. Any time I have people in town, and they want to get a meal, I always tell them to meet me at East Coast in K Vegas.

I sat at the bar and the service was great. The bartender was very attentive and provide great options when I was undecided.
I ordered 10 bone in wings and got 8 wings and 2 drums. Disappointed.
Kindness of your staff
Waiting 25 minutes AFTER the promised time for a to go order is really not excusable. First and last time at this location.
We ordered take out. Our meal was done quickly. It was accurate and tasted great.

My chicken had no sauce on none of them and it also had a lot of feathers on it very disappointing
I ordered a couple different wings & a side of tots. So, so good! I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity of tots & the extra crispy-ness even though they had to travel a xouple of Iles to get to the table. The boneless wings were the right amount of crispy & saucy. Will definitely be ordering the same thing again. Soon. Thanks ECW!

Our server was wonderful and very efficient even when it got pretty busy. Food was wonderful as always!
Love ECW and the afternoon wing specials. However my local ECW has left out items from my order. That is always a disappointment to the meal.
Wonderful waitress at the bar
Having to PAY for ranch when you are buying chicken wings is diabolical. There should be at least one included and additional cost for more. Also your hostess or greeter was very sweet, but distracted at a booth with some young man.

The service and food were great but wasn’t happy, that you were out of volcanic sauce for the second time. You should go back to crafting, your sauces from scratch.
The temperature of my bone-in wings could have been warmer. Also, they were not quite as flavorful as they usually are.
Go back to verifying the orders at checkout. Then pack the bags. I'd rather wait a few moments to confirm my order than to get home and be upset and disappointed.
Customer service is getting better. It's not pre-covid better, but it's getting there.

Great place to meet with friends and eat! My wings were a little over cooked and my friend had to go get the waitress for a refill but it was ok
