Curbside pickup
Make sure they cook the hot chips. Everytime we order online we get chips that are barely done along the edges and are soggy potato slices.
My waitress was so friendly and efficient! My food was DELICIOUS as always!!

Did a pickup for 730. Got there at 8 and waited with 4 other customers to get their order because no one would come up there. Even told the hostess. She said she couldn't hand us our order that is sitting there. People were not getting drinks so they just left. We use to come all the time. Its like it's under new management. Also the wings never have sauce or the heat you ask for. Its sad. Thank you
The burger, fries and of course, Bucky. I will be back again this month for sure.
Service at the bar and the bar staff was great. The food was horrible. Bacon on the loaded fries we for as an appetizer looked raw. We split the 15 piece wings with 2 different flavors. The wings were not good at all. We left a majority of the food to be throw away. It wasn’t worth taking home. East coast used to be great, not sure what changed but the food quality has gone down hill.

I haven't had one bad meal at the Lynchburg location and the service is always excellent. Most of my out of town customers now prefer to go to East Coast wings for lunch while they're in visiting
Great food and wonderful service.
Chicken fingers had little flavor although they were good in size.
I got the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings and a sweet tea. Carrots & ranch. The chicken sandwich was awful sadly. My bun was so soggy I couldn't eat any of it. I had to take off the bun, lettuce and tomato because it was like dripping wet 🤮 my sweet tea and carrots and ranch where the only good thing. A refund or credit would be nice.
Food and service were both amazing. Love all of the options to choose from and none of them are bad.
Great food
The container wasn’t full. The lettuce was watery and hadn’t been dried. It made the salad soggy. I took my 15 minute break to go pick it up and was disappointed by the order.
Mostly the food, some god drinks too
My only complaint would be that you don't have Yuengling on tap at this location

The wings are always hot and fresh. My husband likes bone in the best so we just have to wait for those to be cooked. The salad that goes with wings at lunch is very generous and always fresh and crispy.
our waitress was awesome. friendly and polite
15 of my wings didn't arrive. I ordered through the app and selected delivery. When I called they knew why I was calling made no effort to get them to me besides asking if I could come get them. Obviously not since I had selected delivery.
I was told by the manager that I would be refunded for them and to date, I have not received any refund.
Furthermore, the quality of our past few visits hasn't been up to par.
