Wings were so much better this time! Got sauce on the side (great suggestion). The only issue was placed the order online which estimated 30 min and it took an over an hour. I understand things get busy but would be nice if online could estimate more accurate order times.

Our waitress was I think Alex she was fantastic and food was great
5 minutes before I was to pick up my food the restaurant called and told me they were out of fries and what would I want to substitute it with. Then proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes after the time I was told.
I have been satisfied with my my online orders are always on time. The food is good. When ordering online I would like the option to add other condiments, other then the ones offered online.

Ordered a tray of battered fries. I got what looks like frozen fries you can get at Walmart. I paid 10 dollars when I could have bought the same crappy fries at a grocery store for 4. Won't be back.

Quick service, and good food. Our only complaint is every time we enter the facility. There is always a booth cluttered with cleaning equipment, silverware, napkins, etc. we feel that should be taken care of before they start serving. It’s very unsightly. Other than that, we enjoy coming for dinner. Have a happy new year.
The establishment was clean the waitress was really nice and our food was good. We didn't have to wait for our food. We will be back!

We always order boneless wings and half of mine will be dry while my wife's are swimming in sauce or vice versa, that's even if we can eat them because they are so heavily breaded then over fried, you can barely get your knife through them
This location is the best in the area, I frequent the Kernersville location when at work but this location and the Highpoint location are the best.

Our bartender/ server ( Shawney) is the absolute best. Probably one of the best this location (Hickory NC) has. Never have to want for anything. She is observant polite and very professional. Wish she were there more often. I always try to go when I know she’ll be working because I know the service I get will be excellent.
We love the restaurant. Eat here often but it almost never fails that our order is wrong. I do think it comes from the wait staff trying to remember the order exactly versus just writing it down.....otherwise always a pleasant experience.

If you get food here request Ms Linda LINDA to make your food, they better hope you don’t leave because you got the hands for the company fr! I will be coming back to see you and I hope to hear you are still there…you need a raise 😅

Wings never disappoint and the one time it did, the manager made it right. Can't ask for better customer service when the bar has been set high already.
We ordered it to go. The only thing that wasn't right was the amount of tots my husband received with his meal. They weren't very many in the box. Normally there are more. Besides that, the food was awesome as always
