Customer service was great! I was disappointed that one of my couches didn't look cleaner.
I like the fact that it is all natural. The service has been great. Very professional! Just recently had my carpet done. Before he left he told me if I had a fan it would help with the drying time so I put it on and my carpet was dry in 8 hrs. So happy!

When calling to make an appt the first time the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all.
I decided NOT to use your service. My husband was very persistant to try Zerorez because of the advertisements of no soap desiderata left.
He set the appt and my carpet was cleaned but the spots are still on the carpet.
The technician Alfredo was very nice and a pleasure to work with. He was very informative about the product

The guy cleaned quite a bit of carpet area including a recliner in 45 minutes, and that included set up and clean up. I don't know how a carpet can get a thorough cleaning with a quick sweep no matter how good the "process" claims it is. When he got here and looked over the space to be done, including chair, he thought the job would take 2 hours. How do you go from 2 hours to 30 minutes. I'm thinking I should have rescheduled when he got here at 5:00, end of day. Maybe he was tired and just wanted to get in and out. There were a couple of dry spots on my stairs, but luckily it wasn't in the direct traffic path. The recliner had a dry area on the bottom foot rest, which is proof to me he went over it very fast. The chair is probably 25 years old and never been professionally cleaned so it really could have used a good twice over at least and not done in a quick sweep fashion. In the future I will most likely rent or buy a cleaner to do the job myself.

I am always pleased with how clean Zerorez gets my carpets. The always look brand new and stay looking new for a VERY long time. It never leaves a funky smell and it dries quickly. Our carpets were in such bad shape as I had really put off cleaning them for over a year due to my busy work schedule. I was worried that the carpets would not come very clean. But again, amazing result! Carpet looked like new!!!
Technicians are thorough and careful with my carpets. Carpets seem more clean than with other companies.
On large jobs, it may be well to get an estimator in to provide a written estimate. We did our whole house.....gave best info on phone. Ended up being $100 higher. Also, the wide time window commits a customer to an entire day of waiting and then being available while the work is being done.

I am a return customer and although I've always had a good experience with the actual cleaning when using your company in the past, the prices are getting hard to justify because they are quite high ($180 for 12 ft. couch and $100 for a queen-sized bed). Also, I made my appointment online and two things happened: although mine and the technician's measurements of my couch were exactly the same, the price for the cleaning came out a bit higher than what was quoted on your website ($189+tax equaling $202, my quote was $180 which I felt was high to begin with). The second and most important thing, is that when I booked my appointment online I was given a very wide window of time when the technician would arrive (9:00am-5:00pm). I waited around all day, and by 4:00 I finally called to find out when someone would arrive, at that time I was told that my appointment was actually from 4:00pm-7:00pm and that the website is inaccurate and often quotes an all day time slot rather than the actual time. Your technician was apologetic and did his job well, but the experience overall was expensive and inconvenient. Unless I was sure that these issues would not arise in the future, I do not plan on using your service again.
Carpets feel soft and not crunchy like they have felt after other company's cleaning. Also were fast drying. The young man who came was very personable and hard working. I rate him a 10.
What was a problem was the scheduling from your office. I didn't feel like I had a choice at all about when your service came. I was told between 3 and 6 pm but didn't not have service come until after 7. I would have liked the option of scheduling in the morning of a preferred day and not just being told what day and time without discussion. I would hope this improves. Name removed
