first of all the young man " Isaiah " was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He seemed to know the products and what we could expect for results. It was also nice to know what additional services would cost when we ask the question. He didn't have to call someone for the answers.

We were told someone would call us earlier in the day and give us a better idea of the time within the 3 hours our workman would come. Adam was wonderful and he did a great job.

I appreciate that there is no soap involved in the process. Our carpet was in need of replacement, but it was not possible at the time. I decided to try zerorez to see if their claim was true, that their process would get out the residual dirt and stains from years of using the other carpet cleaning companies. Our carpets look great again and we have extended the life of our carpet for a few more years, at least.
