The carpets are really clean! The cleaned carpets quickly dried so that furniture could be replaced. Isiah was knowledge and hard working.
I HAD TWO CARPETS SENT OUT TO BE CLEANED AND ADAM (PERSON WHO CLEANED MY CARPETS)ASSURED ME HE WOULD HAVE THEM BACK THIS PAST SATURDAY. I TOLD HIM THAT I MUST HAVE THEM BY THEN. THEY JUST ARRIVED TODAY. FIVE DAYS LATE!!!! IF YOU CAN NOT BE COUNTED ON TO DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO I CAN NOT RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE. Name removed

The lack of residue really does seem to keep the carpets cleaner longer. I've used Zerorez twice now and the technicians were bright, friendly, and professional. Having someone in private areas of your home can be unpleasant but that is offset by someone who looks you in the eye, speaks well, and acts like they are happy to help.
I like the softness that I feel after the cleaning is done. My house smells wonderful ! Jerom the tech is wonderful , he does such good work and is so pleasant. He gets gold stars! By the way I had my granite sealed and I love it. You are great!,

I paid $33 dollars per area to 200 sq ft but you charged me $50 for a 6x7 hall. Why not just charge me another 33 bucks?

Chris was so knowledgable and helped to educate us on the product and about carpet. He was friendly and fast. We appreciated him bringing a great attitude into our home. He was so willing to work with our busy schedules and he was great around our kid.

It was quick and it worked.
Did not arrive in scheduled four hour window. Technician was in quite a hurry. Started to clean up without even asking me if it looked good. Had to ask him to come back in and redo one area. Wish I had ask him to redo two other areas. First experience was great. This time not so much.

I like that it is clean and there is no residue. The results are great. The technician was efficient and friendly.
I had my carpets cleaned 2 months ago. I noticed a spot and tried to take care of it myself but couldn't. A neighbor was getting her carpets cleaned and I asked if the technicians could stop by and take a look. They did and it is gone. Thanks for the service of following up and taking care of your clients.

I have used you for years at my home and rentals. I just used you at my home for the second time this month and you overcharged me. I was quoted 25 a room for the 2 I had left I was charged for 3 @ $89 instead of 2 when I called they didn't get back to me like they said and I had to call again the girl I talked to said the 1 rm was over 200 sq ft not the case. My husband I were very disappointed

Really takes out the stains, dries quickly, no residue
I like that I didn't have to worry about harsh chemicals with my kids. He was very helpful in letting me know what would be the best treatment for my carpet and was informative but not pushy with letting me know of other possible services that they offer.
