I like how well the carpets are cleaned and the short drying time. I have also been very pleased with every technician that has cleaned my carpets. Without exception, they have always been polite, professional, responsive and pleasant.

It cleans well. It dries fast. It doesn't take a long time to do. The people you send to do the work are competent, pleasant, and clean cut so we are comfortable having them in our home.

We have a light colored carpet in one of our rooms that I decided was just a loss. It had so many dark stains that no other carpet cleaners had gotten out all the way. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how amazingly clean the carpet was when they were done. I didn't know it could be clean again. I will definitely use your services again.

The service was very fast and the man who came to clean the carpets was very polite and professional. I am impressed and happy with the services... & now I have clean carpets!!! yah! :)

Service person was polite, well dressed, and represented the company very well.

They answered all my questions. Very polite.

The dispatcher didn't make proper notes (although charged me) on my home being on a third floor, so the carpet tech had to leave and come back with the portable attachment several hours later in the day. Although I was grateful to the carpet tech for making sure I was taken care of, that was still my time and lost wages from work due to the screw up.
