When Angelo came back to redo the high traffic areas that Eddy didn't do a good job on, he did an excellent job. Thank you for following through and making me happy.
I need a little more time to see if the spots come back. As of today 11/1/13, it looks very good. I'm not completely satisfied with the price. One small room and hall seems a little high $92.00, but maybe I just need to shop around. Taylor was great!

My sofa is not clean in some spots - spots that should have come clean if done properly, but the technician was very nice in spot cleaning my dining room carpet and reminding me of the gift card that I was sent.

Even after being told by your manager, I would receive a $40 credit i it still hasn't happened. When I spoke to her she said it would take a couple of days. That was Oct. 18. I'm sorry to say but that is disappointing, especially when I have been such a good customer with both my rentals and home

They work extremely well. I was very happy with the results of using your pet treatments.
The cost I was quoted was $179.00, however the cost ended up being over $500! The quote was $729.00, but I simply could not afford that.
I do realize that I had some pet issues as this was a rental, but $500? When I went to look at it after that, I would have expected the carpet to jump out at me as being cleaned $500 worth. Instead I was not impressed at all.
This was my third time using Zerorez, the time before I went with someone else and was really disappointed. My carpets looked awful, I felt like it was a total waste of money. With Zerorez I feel like the carpet gets really clean, I will be staying with you from now on.
We loved how quickly and thoroughly our carpets were cleaned, with no residual odor. And we especially liked the technician, Chris.
