Services were completed very quickly. I thought it would take a couple of hours, but Rick was very quick to get the job done. That means minimal interruption in my schedule. Also, Zerorez promised to come on a certain day and even though Rick's previous job ran late, Rick showed up on that day in the evening. I like that the commitment was honored. I'd almost given up on the hall carpet. I thought we'd have to replace it for sure because it had so many spots and dark traffic marks. After I heard your ad I decided to give it at least one last chance to come clean before ripping it out. This was the first time we had ever used your service and I was totally amazed at how clean that hall carpet looked after your guy worked it over. It looks almost new again and I'm glad I didn't take it out afterall. There were also two other stains in other rooms that two other carpet cleaner companies had tried to get out but to no avail. Again, your guy worked his magic and they are gone!

We did the flash extraction and it was the best thing we could have done. One room had an odor from pet stains prior to cleaning - after the treatment and cleaning there was no odor!
