I love that there really is no residue left behind. My carpet always feels soft and smells fresh and clean. They just cleaned my tile and the grout lines look like new. They are always super friendly!

My carpets look great, and I was very happy with the technicians that came to my home (Eddy and Taylor). However, I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I have experienced after my service. I was incorrectly charged for my service, and two weeks later the matter is still not resolved. What started out as a very positive experience now has me very frustrated and angry.

Your man did a great job upstairs. We could not be more pleased. However, there were several spots on the downstairs carpet that were missed. We would be happy to show you, if you want to come by.

If you could find a way to get sliders to just raise the furniture and slide it that would make things a lot easier but overall the tech did a great job!
I liked how great my carpet looked immediately after they guys left. I also thought it was neat that they educated me on how the product works.
The guy who came was wonderful! It smelled nice as it was being cleaned, but today it didn't smell nice anymore. We also vacuumed with our rainbow today, and we still got as much dirt up as before the cleaning. We were a bit disappointed in that and thought it would have made a difference.
