I like the fact that the cleaning method Zerorez uses is safe for children and pets. I have 15 grandchildren who like to play on the playroom carpet and I comforted to know they are safe from the chemicals used. And the carpets are very nice and clean. Thank you! In the past, I've been able to use a $25 credit for the next cleaning. This time, I was told that credit only applies to residential. Last time, I was told the adds I'd heard on the radio, offering water park tickets only applied to residential. Your radio add did NOT state residential only, and in truth, our office has more square footage of carpet than most homes. I feel these incentives are offered on a false basis.

Also, I've requested that all emails and correspondence be sent to my email address, and instead, they all continue to go to an ex-coworker, but with my name (spelled incorrectly). Please adjust accordingly. I would stop using Zeroez if your cleaning wasn't so spectacular.

There were several places where spots weren't cleaned. Even with a second visit to work on the spots, they remain.

The technician was very friendly and thorough. Carpet looked great and dried quickly.
