I love that they men that came into my home were polite and used shoe protectors and corner protectors. It shows that you as a company care about your service. That is a big winner for me. I have been impressed with how clean my carpets seem to be and even after a week, still are looking good. I will go with you again and would definitely recommend you to others.

I HAD TWO CARPETS SENT OUT TO BE CLEANED AND ADAM (PERSON WHO CLEANED MY CARPETS)ASSURED ME HE WOULD HAVE THEM BACK THIS PAST SATURDAY. I TOLD HIM THAT I MUST HAVE THEM BY THEN. The lack of residue really does seem to keep the carpets cleaner longer. I've used Zerorez twice now and the technicians were bright, friendly, and professional. Having someone in private areas of your home can be unpleasant but that is offset by someone who looks you in the eye, speaks well, and acts like they are happy to help.

I like the softness that I feel after the cleaning is done. My house smells wonderful ! Jerom the tech is wonderful , he does such good work and is so pleasant. He gets gold stars! By the way I had my granite sealed and I love it. You are great!,
