I had a lot of residue from a previous carpet cleaner on my carpet which was causing a really bad dingy build up, and they were able to get it out. The technician was super nice and knew everything about stains and carpets, and was very detail oriented. They had excellent customer service and were reasonably priced. I am exceedingly satisfied!

Our carpet is still wet 2 days later where the flash extraction was done. Maybe that's normal but it would be nice if it didn't take so long to dry.

Mason was very professional and did a thorough job cleaning our carpets. He also took the time to explain the superior carpet cleaning technology that Zerorez uses. The excellent results show it! Much better than I anticipated considering how soiled the carpets were. The other carpet maintenance tips that he gave us, that we can do on our own, will be very helpful in the future as well.

I don't expect to use any other company for carpet cleaing going forward.

The job was done in a timely manner, the young man tremendous, and it looks good for months after.

I have always been happy with your quality of work, but I guess time will tell about this time! The technician seemed to not take a lot of time when he did our carpets yesterday, and as a result they were a lot wetter than they have ever been before, I hope they were wet with clean water and not dirty water. That is why I said that time will tell. Always before they were dry in a few hours, parts of our carpet are still not dry and it has been over 30 hours. They have always stayed clean for a long time after so we will see this time. Also, I believe I was overcharged, at least it was different than the conversation I had at the time I made the appt. But I will be calling on that!

Good service...only found a few spots that didn't come clean on my grout...otherwise, it would have been a10.

I tried another company because I had a coupon and I won't do that again! Within 3 days it looked worse than before we had it cleaned. I will only use Zerorez in the future.
