Fast, very clean, and courteous
The tech missed cleaning a bedroom in the basement (not blaming him - just a mis-communication between us) and I didn't notice until after he left. I then called your office (after hours) and left a voice mail explaining what happened and asked to get a call back next day. Has now been 12 days with no return phone call. Not good.
Very good at pet stain removal.
I think that you are the best in carpet cleaners in the way that my carpet looks the following week. It does not leave the soapy residue that makes that carpet look just as dirty as it was the very next week. I do have one complaint in that on KSL they stated that you have a special where with the carpet cleaning you would get a gift certificate for a two hour house cleaning. I was not offered this promotion when I made the appointment. If you are not going to give the customers what is offered on KSL don't advertise it.

That your technicians didn't try to nickel and dime me and brow beat me into doing something I didn't want to in order to get more money.
The carpet was wet much longer than I expected it to be. Is there no way for your employees to get more water out of the carpet while they are in the home? The man who came to do the cleaning, Jesus, was VERY polite and efficient, clean cut and well groomed. It was a pleasure to have him.

Adam (don't have a last name) cleaned our carpets, and he was amazing! I immediately knew he was going to do a great job because he wanted me to approve his work. I haven't always had that kind of response from the individual cleaning, but Adam was great!
Fix the communication and relaying of info, it's horrible transmission.
I have been a customer of Zerorez for 10+ years. I appreciate each employees dedication to good service. I have always been pleased with the results of the cleaning of carpet and sofas. No chemicals just wonderfully fresh. Thank you

The technician knocked a picture off my wall in my bedroom, it left a deep long gouge and black mark on my wall. I called and was told someone would get back to me. I have not get heard from anyone and I did take a photo of this. My wall is going to have to be repaired and painted. Please call me back: Name removed Phone number removed.

Having a one year old in the house, I liked the fact that there are no harmful chemicals in your product. I also liked our technician, Adam. He was very pleasant to work with and explained everything so I could understand it.
