I have used Zerorez for the last couple of years and have loved the experience I have had. The last time you came out, the technician was friendly and professional. He did a great job but when the tile dried in the last room he did, the grout didn't look as clean as it did in the other rooms. I couldn't decide if I should have them come back or just live with it. Finally I called and the woman that answered said they definitely wanted to make it right. Darren came out and cleaned the kitchen tile and made it look great! The best part is that he made me feel like they wanted to fix it so that I was satisfied and I didn't feel bad for calling them back. I will continue to recommend Zerorez to friends and family. Thank you for standing behind your product!
The Carpet was very clean and soft to the touch' There was one pot that had a red stain that did not completely come out. I didn't notice until after the agent of your company left and he didn't point it out. It may very well be impossible to remove the spot and I am still pleased.
Did a good job
I really appreciate the response to my complaint of my cleaning in Jan. The second visit was more like the experience I had last year, and I was left completely satisfied. I understand that sometimes these things happen, and I was impressed on how Zerorez handled the situation. The serviceman that came back was wonderful. I will be requesting him by name next time!

Actually stays clean months after you leave. Same old spots don't reappear like they do with other companies.
I like how we are getting very personal attention from both our cleaner and the call center. They remember us and our situation and seem to really care about the condition of our home and helping us in any way that they can.
You have gotten stains out that other places haven't been able to, and they don't come back, like they do with the other guys. Also, the technician who came yesterday was great, very friendly, professional, and helpful.
I appreciated the time taken to explain the process. The technician was very professional and courteous. I liked the measures taken to protect the corners of the walls.
no residue or chemicals
I had to reschedule once and almost a second time because your scheduling wasn't accurate. For example, I requested a morning appointment because I have after school commitments with my children. My window was from 10-2. I then get a call at 11 saying that my tech will be 3 hours past my time, making it a 5 pm show time. Whoever does your scheduling needs to be more thorough in their investigating what will be done in homes as it may put them much further behind for those scheduled afterwards. The service once he arrived was great (David), but I don't think I will use you in the future, unless you get a better scheduler. Thanks
