You have my previous response - the new guy who came out to try and fix things appeared to do a good job - I am much happier than before but disappointed that we had to go through all of this. My major question is - since the supervisor did re-clean the carpets - did he also reapply the carpet protectant? The first guy had said that your process removes any protectant that was in the carpet by the manufacturer and we paid to have it applied after the carpet was cleaned??? did it get reapplied with this second cleaning??? I don't think so - please respond...
I have put off doing this. I was very impressed with the men who cleaned our carpet. I thought he carpet looked great when they left. I thought they tried to give me a good deal. However that night I found two black gouges in the porcelain in our tub that were not there before. There are a few areas/spots that look like they need to be cleaned, one being where you can see in the entry. I think they tried hard to do a good job and please us. I know accidents can happen.
When scheduling online I wish I could have selected a more definite time window that you could come.

Friendly, fast service. Helpful explanation of the products. One constructive comment, I received an email confirming my appointment, which was great. However, the email instructions were very long, I bet that most people don't read it at all because it is so long, I suggest trying to simplify it. Also, the email did not have your contact information on it, it just seems like that is something you should include on there. I loved your service, just thought that feedback would be helpful.
carpets and stairs look great. Mr. Alfredo was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Rick was very polite and knowledgeable. He informed me of extra services available to help clean my carpets and get out pet stains but certainly wasn't pushy about selling them to me. And I felt like most of the cleaning services were already included in the price I was quoted. I have used other companies in the past but I was definitely more impressed with rick and zerorez. I'm sure I'll be using them again in the future.
Very professional and respectful of my furniture. TJ was very thorough and explained all he was going to do. My tile floors look brand new! Thank you and I'll be calling again for your services.

Efficient and inforative technician
T.J. the carpet technician was very thorough and particular. He asked and made sure we were satisfied with the service. Our old carpets ( which really need replacing) look new.

I was pleased with TJ when he finally arrived and completed his job. I was very upset with the conflict in the time. I was told that my cleaning time was 10:00 to 1:00 and at 1:15 I called only to be told that I was on the schedule from 2:00 to 5:00. On this day, it was very upsetting as I had scheduled some appointments for the afternoon. I don't want TJ blamed for this as he did a great job with the cleaning, but I would hope for better communication at another time.

My carpets look and feel so clean without any chemical smell. They dried very quickly and felt soft to the touch without being vacuumed after they were dry. The tech was personable and very courteous, but also worked hard to do a good job. He is the most thorough tech we have had from Zerorez.
The finished results were exceptional.
The technician was courteous, not rushed, used corner guards to protect the walls.
The price was very fair.
Overall, a great value.
Biggest problem Zerorez has in the Salt Lake Valley is managing expectations with regards to when they will show up. This has been a constant problem and a huge sore spot for people like me. Additionally, I was told one thing on pricing and then it wound up being another. It feels like much of the carpet cleaning business is a scam, and I always hope zerorez will be different, but so far, they aren't.

I like that Zerorez uses steam instead of soap.
It lasts longer then other carpet cleaners and it doesn't leave behind any soapy residue.
This is the first time I have used Zerorez and will use again in the future when needed. Jarom came in, took a tour of the house, explained the product and what they would do and then started to work and never stopped until they were finished and I was satisfied. He brought with him, Adam, and the two helped each other non stop. They started and compleated the basement and the 16 steps first and then did the first floor. I ended up haveing an extra room done as well as two LaZyBoy chairs. When Jarom showed me, with no pressure to clean them now, how dirty they were from just dust in the room, I had them do the chairs also. Both the chairs, which are only two years old and the carpets almost 7 years old look new again. I am completly satisfied with the end results and have already recommended Zerorez and your technician, Jarom, to a couple of my neighbors. If the results hold up as promised, I will again call Zerorez when needed again.
PS: When I returned home at 11:00 in the evening, I checked both floors and all carpets and the chairs were completly dry.
