I loved the ability to get the dog urine totally out of my carpets. I loved the way the men explained what they were going to do and how it worked. I can't say I "enjoyed" the blacklight and seeing all the pee on the carpet but it sure was an eye opener (BAD DOG, NO NO!!) My carpet looks beautiful and no urine odor anymore. Thanks so much.

The carpet did not come clean.

It works! Our tile looks like it is new again. And we never use any other carpet cleaner, because when Zerorez cleans the carpet it truly is clean with no soap residue. It think this extends the life of the carpet.

Rick explained everything that was to be done and then asked if I had questions....very thorough and informative. Even spots I didn't think would come out did. The drying time is half the time of other rug cleaners we've had come. This is my 4th visit from Zerorez and they are a keeper!

I have used Zerorez for the past seven years. I highly recommend you. However, we have contacted Rick to return regarding an area I felt should have come cleaner and he has not returned or called as promised. He may just be busy but a call would have been great. I felt he was a good worker and a pleasant.

when setting an appointment let your coustomer know that 4:00 p.m.may be 7:00p.m. when they first call in also when you call to confirm the appointment let them know again that there is a window from 4-7 do not let let them wonder when you will be there a simple phone call would help, did a very good job once they got there!
