On time, professional service. Offered additional services but weren't pushy about it. Carpets came clean.
Your service was excellent, but I can
never remember having an opportunity to talk to anyone about who they or we
use for carpet cleaning. It is just not a topic of conversation. So I
would have to answer,"very unlikely" although that should not be taken that
we were not completely satisfied with your service.
Jace was very knowledgeable and straightforward, and worked hard to do a
good job.
Good luck in your business, despite the fact that you have the same survey
question that I get nearly every day in my email from someone with whom I
have done business, "how likely are you to recommend us to your family or
friends?" To be honest, I must always mark - "very unlikely" because I
just don't talk to people about my cell phone provider, my credit card, my
on-line orders, my carpet cleaner, etc. etc. Our carpets were not so bad that someone will now come into our home and exclaim, "Oh! You have had your filthy carpets
cleaned. They look so nice now. Who did it?"
Let me pay a decent fee for a few stairs.
My technician Angelo was clen cut and I did not feel nervous about having him I. My home. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous.
We were very pleased with our carpet and the final result and we were also pleased with the person who did the cleaning. It would have been very nice to have had you here at the time it was scheduled for.

First of all, having heard all your positive-sounding advertisements, we've been planning for sometime now to have you clean our carpets when we're ready, after our remodeling work is finished. Secondly, we decided to try your cleaning service for our tile kitchen floor, and your rep Alfredo, who came to do the job was a nice man. However, despite being told that we intended to seal the kitchen floor grout, he did not clean under the fridge nor the front part of the stove, which needed to be sealed as well. He also inadvertently scraped and peeled off some of the molding as he pushed the brush around the edges; our kitchen had just been freshly painted a couple of days before. Our painter had to re-paint those affected areas. We respectfully request recompense for a less than stellar job.

Have a smaller appointment window. Mine was from 3 pm until 6 pm and the tech arrived at five minutes til 6. I felt tied down for three hours waiting to find out when he would be there. Other than that, I thought the service was pretty good.
This was a great deal and Chris was very professional. There are a few spots that didn't come clean - that's the only reason this is not a "10".
Alfredo was friendly and did a great job! He worked hard, and I knew he was trying to clean the carpets really well. I think he deserves great credit for representing Zerorez very well. And he went the extra mile in doing a small area rug at my front door!
