My carpet not just looked clean, it really felt clean. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was so sweet and great to work with. He explained the method and extras to the process and answered all my questions. I'll use them again!
Maybe not overschedule? My service person came at almost 7 pm (of the 4-7 window I was given. He called and said he'd "just been given mine from another person. It was not too inconvenient, but would have preferred an earlier hour.

I wish that a question would have ben asked before they came about if we had a pet or not. Because they pointed it out and found several spot where our dog had accidents, the price went way up! I appreciate them letting me know, but was not expecting that kind of a quote! I couldn't believer that it was $75.00 gallon for the pet cleaner! He gave me two options: One, use the expensive stuff, or Two, use the cleaner that made the odor come through and smell for two days. WE took the second option which was cheaper, and it never smelled like urine odor. I think he was trying to sell us the more expensive stuff, or he didn't have his facts right. The carpets look great, but I wished that the idea that it would be $25.00 per room hadn't turned into much more. Give your clients a heads up and ask before you come if they have a pet so they won't be shocked with the price!!!!
They leave no residue. The carpets are restored to looking new. They stay cleaner than other cleaning methods. Your technicians are well trained and professional. It's easy to get an appointment. The technicians are always willing to help with special requests. I don't ever let any other company clean my carpets, tile, or upholstery no matter how good a price they offer.
Kudos to your Marketing Team for a job well done. My expectations going into the zerorez experience were sky high, maybe too high.

I didn't care necessarily, but I thought that it would have been dry by 6 that day. Bad
It took till the following morning for it to be completely dry and I must say that it didn't look like new. Feedback is good, it helps us be better so here goes. I like the service, Manuel was good people. However, I couldn't say that I am fully committed to zerorez. The product didn't do anything to WOW me...it didn't look like new or how I thought it was going to. The competition is steep and I think that I could have gotten the same results for a lesser amount. Thank You for coming out and giving you a try.
