The service technician was wonderful. He totally sold me on having my tile cleaned while he was there, but in a very helpful and non-pushy way. I have his card at home, so I'm sorry I can't give his name right now. But our address is 319 W 730 S in Orem. Hopefully you can find him that way. Both my carpets and tile look SO great now. Thanks!
Efficient cleaning with out residue.
I like how clean my carpet looks and feels. I liked how helpful your technicians were to me. I felt like they were honest and considerate. I appreciated how they didn't make me feel pressured to do any more cleaning than I wanted. I feel like they are very knowledgable about the work they do. I would have them back in a minute if I needed them. They are Eddy and David.
I had Zerorez several years ago and I am much happier with the job Eddy and David did than the men who came that time. I don't know the other men's names; it was years ago. I thought I would try one more time and I am so glad that I did. My family comments on how great the carpet looks. Thank you Zerorez and Eddy and David.

An area that could be improved was the scheduling. We were told we would be called at 0800 and given a three hour window. No call was received. I called at 0915 and was told our window was from 1Phone number removed. I went to work, planning on being back at 1500. After an hour and a half at work I was called and said the guy was at my house now. It wasn't even noon yet. Not only did I not get into work on time, I had to leave shortly after getting there. The poor scheduling practice cost me a day of work.
The guy they sent was respectful, attentive and thorough. The carpets were cleaned well.

I was interested with the product because it was green. I was more Impressed by the technician and his knowledge of this product but more importantly how he took care of my every request. I was completely satisfied by the quality of work and the results. I was impressed by the drying time and my ability to put my rooms back together quickly. The technician really is what made the visit so successful
Your technicians (like Eddy) are invariably clean, careful, courteous, and conscientious about their work. The process itself dries so much more quickly than alternatives we've tried in the distant past (haven't used anyone but Zerorez for a couple of decades -- before its name was even Zerorez). Most importantly, even an old carpet is restored to the extent that I think to myself, "Hmmm, don't think I need a new one for another 5 years."
I must put in a plug for Eddy -- he even helped get our walk shoveled on a snowy day. He was running early (of course, he called before he came), but we were just finishing getting things ready and hadn't had time to do so. What a worker!
Loved the tile cleaning and the price! loved that the tile was dried before the rep left.
A second visit was required due to the cord not being long enough on first visit, and first visit person arrived 1/2 after time slot ended. I had to wait 1/2 hour plus on hold to try to determine when he would arrive, only to be told the carpet cleaner could not be reached. I was overcharged on 2nd visit. I was told on first visit I would not be charged disposal fee again, and also charged a 2nd time for stairs, when all stairs were paid for in 1st visit! I was quoted $25 per room and charged $30 per room on 2nd visit. When asked to sign for the charges I was not told the total amount, nor did I have visibility to the amount that I was signing for on EITHER visit, an unacceptable business practice. I would like these overcharges credited to me immediately. Kris Last name removed
