From my first call to the projects finish the communication was clear and knowledgeable. I knew the carpets we wanted cleaned would be a challenge. 30 year old carpeting old school shag that has seen heavey use and abuse. We have had several contractors and company's provide or attempt to provide servces and in most every case we have not recieved the results one would expect from professionals. Zerorez sent a technician that clearly knew what and how to best treat and clean the flooring. The technician was great at explaining what and why and the final bill was just as the estimate stated and was clear and simple to understand. This is my childhood home and I expect any work done there to be perfict. My expections were by far exceeded by the results the Zerorez provided.

Isaiahs was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job. He was just going to do the carpets but we decided to take advantage of cleaning our vents also. He worked hard, efficient, and got all of the stains out. We like Zerorez because it gets things clean and it dries so quickly. We are sold on Zerorez.

Very personable and knowledgeable service technician. Did a great job in a timely manner. He made sure I was pleased with the outcome and answered any questions I had.
The technician was very professional and very helpful in answering all my questions. He did a great job at cleaning carpets while still protecting the rest of my house (using corner guards, wearing shoe covers, etc). I also liked that I didn't have residue all over my walls and wood after the cleaning was over. And it dried so fast which was great. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you!
