Stain removing
Rick did a very careful, thorough job. He was very careful to make sure he didn't track and gave us plastic booties so we didn't track either.
it gets the job done right
This order was for 9 rooms plus halls, closets, stairs, bathroom. In other words, a big job. For some reason, it was scheduled for afternoon. I was told we would be called between 2-5pm when to expect the technician. Having not heard by 4:00PM, I became concerned they would not have time to complete the job that day. I was informed that the technician would be at my house about 4:30PM. In fact, he did not arrive until after 5:30PM. He claimed he was held up by the previous client because they wanted much more done than had been originally ordered. He was scheduled to do another house in Saratoga Springs after ours. The whole thing seemed a situation of very poor scheduling. As a result, the VERY YOUNG man was more interested in getting the job done, than in getting the job done well. He finally started about 6:00PM and was finished and out of here by 9:00PM. The last time we used Zerorez, the technician, a more experienced MAN, took that length of time to do just the upstairs and he did a superb job. I'm sorry to say we do not feel the same this time. If we use your service again, it will only be if more appropriate scheduling is provided and a real professional technician. Having cleaning machines running in one's neighborhood late in the evening on a night when temperatures are in single digits is absolutely unprofessional. Timing was off and it took longer to dry than expected (or than was told to me on the phone). The carpet still looked dirty after the cleaning.

The tech called right before he got to our house and was very respectful while in our home. He explained what he was doing and asked if we had any questions or concerns and then went to work right away, not wasting any time.
