I love what you are able to do with my carpets, but I do not like paying so much for it. The service man gave me a price and I told him I did not want to pay that much. He asked me how much I was willing to pay and then he went with that price. It seems that you give a high price and will let people pay that much if they don't counter with a different price.

Be more specific on your radio advertised and telephone tile rates. When you did my daughter's home, the single rate of a dollar per square foot turned out to be three different rates. She said she wouldn't use you again. I recommended you and paid for the service as a gift to her. Bad expensive choice.

YOUR SERVICE WAS AMAZING! I had company that evening so was in a panic when you said you could not be there until later in the day. Your service man was able to get there before noon , however, and did an AMAZING job. My rugs have never looked so good after a cleaning . Thank you so much.

The initial quote/estimate was $400 below the final price of roughly $850. Then the carpets were soaking wet in some areas requiring me to scramble and borrow a fan to dry it out. Also the soaking wet carpets made out entire house smell like mildew and we had just paid over $200 to have it cleaned and smelling nice the day before. Also we had the air ducts cleaned and they just left one of the vent covers hanging off from the ceiling. A rep came out with another fan the next day and sprayed a disinfected on the carpet. Everything is taken care of now but due to the poor ability to estimate the job, the soaking wet carpets, and the lack of attention to detail on putting the air duct cover back in place , I don't plan on using you again or referring anyone to you.

Count a room as an area. I was disappointed that my living room was considered as three areas, tripling the price.

more truth in advertising. All the hidden costs that do not show in your ads. disposal fees, etc. size of rooms, and when furniture is not moved in these area it actually reduces the area cleaned. These rates are at about what my doctor bills for his services for an hour. My wife was not excited about having the door left open for an hour with no safeguarding against rodent entry. Family room carpet area was 22.5' x 12.5' = 281 sq ft. less are for sofa, hutch and entertainment center. sofa = 20 sq ft entertainment 10 square ft and hutch 10 sq feet. net area 240 sq ft. billed at two rooms. upstairs room 196 sq feet less piano, sofa 30 sq feet lost. quoted approx 150 dollars billed at 209.00
Didn't have a problem with service rep. Just a miss representation on billing and what was expected based on area cleaned. FYI, NAME IS GARY Last name removed AND not YURI ABIT.

The service was excellent. the tech was very friendly and worked very hard. We were impressed with his work ethic and personality.

For the amount of money I paid which was $150 more than I was quoted (which I did agree to due to the extra work needed), I want to be 100% satisfied with the results. Me and my family have used zerorez many times, but only my sister has been completely satisfied every time.
Let me share my recent experience to explain:
My technician was kind and professional, but he said he was unable to get one stain because it must have been ink. After he left I looked at the upholstery and found two dark stains, both of which I was able to remove with my fingernail. Also, I am having you return because our nice soft upholstery is now hard and crunchy. This hard and crunchy result has happened twice to my mom's carpet and once to ours. Obviously, we continue to choose zerorez because overall the cleaning is good, but lately (3 problems the last year--at my moms, at a home we were house-sitting, and now at our own home) I don't know if I have the energy and money to continue using zerorez.

The service we received from Mike was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and your products are amazing!!!

I especially liked your technician, Eddy. He was very nice, clean cut and knowledgeable about carpet. He went over and above by doing extra work on some of our high traffic areas.
He also stopped and explained several things about the process. The carpet looks great even though it is several years old. We will definitely use Zerorez again and will request that Eddy be our technician if possible.
