Staff was very friendly, in both the scheduling and work phase of the project. Technician showed up late, but was apologetic and worked with me on a resolution that satisfied both parties.

The surprising charge for a pet stain removal. $100 bucks for a spot that was 6" x 18". That was more than cleaning all the carpet in the apartment! I just can't believe a spot that size was so costly. I would like you to check that spot again to make sure it was really cleaned and that there is no stain left. Iwas told that there would be an additional charge, but NOT any suggestion of how much it would be. I feel that I was truly taken advantage of. This is the second time Zerorez has screwed us over and it is not appreciated! Not sure I'll ever trust Zerorez again. Have a good day.

The carpet stays clean longer. This time, however, a small area where the heel rests to play the sustaining pedal on the piano did not come clean.

I have still not had my account credited for being overcharged for carpet cleaning. I was blindly charged $169 which included being charged twice for my stairs and being charged twice for a disposal fee that I was told I would only be charged once for.
