technician spotted my carpet on his way out and did not remove it instead he handed me spot remover that did not work. I am not sure what left the spot but he said he knew what did it. The stairs were not comp leted (It looks like he just went down the middle) He did say he wasn't sure if he got it all because all he could tell was by looking at the white. He spent hardly no time on the heavy traffic areas, they were not cleaned as well as could be.
The entrance into the home around the tiles was not cleaned at at all. next to the wall boards in the hall areas were left dirty.There were a few spots he did get up but there was a spot in one bed room he said he couldn't get up. I got as spot remover from the store and am in the process of getting it up. i have gotten half of it up and will work getting the finishing process done.
I like that there are no chemicals in the cleaning. The carpet not only looks better, it feels better to the touch!

Your service man did a really good job on my stairs and the traffic pattern area. It is so much better than what we were doing ourselves. He didn't make a mess on the tile adjacent to the carpeted area, he was cheerful and happy to be there despite the really bad snow storm. A total pleasure working with your company. Thanks for making my home look great for holiday guests.

I called to make an appointment and proceeded to call multiple times after to inquire about specific services Zerorez provides. I told the phone associate that I wanted my carpets cleaned. I was a new home owner and wanted to be sure that I was getting all the best services I could possibly need for a new move in. She quoted me $230 and told me I was getting the best service.
Chris was our technician. He arrived, assessed the home and then gave us the REAL quote. I was only quoted for carpet cleaning. Chris explained other very important carpet cleaning services. Sanitizing, scotch guard, urine cleaning etc. that I knew we really needed. Something the phone associate should have known to share with me. The quote was around $500. Very expensive. Chris was kind enough to credit us $100 for being late. He proceeded to clean our home. He did a great job! Though my first experience with Zerorez started off rocky, Chris treated us like important customers by being professional and kind. We had a "hiccup" with my credit card (as I am in Hawaii but charging on a credit card in Utah so the security feature kicked in). Chris remained calm and continued to show us kindness as we sorted that out.
I will use Zerorez again and request Chris yearly to service my properties.

Super clean couches. My 7 year old micro fiber white couches look like new!!! The cleaner was very professional and careful. He came right on time and worked hard. They were dirty couches I never expected to see clean again.
